So Alex sent my phone out to another service, there was no communication for months thereafter, so when I called to see what the progress was with my phone and the photos being retrieved, Alex told me that the second service could not access anything in the phone and sent the phone out for recycling without asking me if I wanted it back. If they had asked me, I would have asked for my phone back and gone for yet another opinion before eliminating my phone or turning it over to some stranger, and not knowing if what was said was true.
