Without confirming the cost, he took my phone and applied the screen protector. Only after the third request did he say the total would be $90, including a wallet case made of acrylic that was not worth anywhere near what he implied. When I declined the purchase, I was told the screen protector could not be removed and the employee became defensive. I ended up paying $40 for a screen protector I never agreed to at that price. This experience felt misleading and pressured. I recommend others be cautious and insist on exact prices upfront.

To pay your bill online to save from extra fees doesn't work. You asked him to help you they literally laugh in your face. And go yeah we know. No they do not waive the extra fee for paying it in store. They don't tell you all the information you get a Wi-Fi mobile pack it's not secure. Basically they just sell you things that you don't that's not what you're looking for. The bill goes up with no notification. Or explanation to why the bill changed. You call customer service they're a little bit better. You let them know about the app issue they go oh we'll look into it but nothing changes. So minimal coverage unlimited talk and text and whatnot $145. That's pretty high if you ask me. Would I recommend them no. Port Chester location. It's extremely frustrating. They fixed the issue with the app once next month you have to do it again next month you have to do it again just to pay your bill. Not worth the aggravation in the frustration it causes. I don't recommend AT&T either in Harrison New York. They basically say one thing and do another and then blame you as the customer. I wish we had old service like we used to landlines and an actual phone company. Classic is always better. New technology new advances and improvements isn't always better. Consider yourself warned if you go here for cell phone service or any other service. It's a joke not a business. Very dissatisfied. And if you have learning challenges or for technology challenges. Forget about asking for help. Your phone goes wacky and things start changing on it that you didn't make the phone do you go in there to ask them to help you. And they don't. So your phone's all messed up it's almost like they want to convince you to buy yet another phone. Instead of resolving the issue. Then the phone would be fine. It's a scam. Very few people you can trust in the world of cell phone companies. Don't be fooled.

After he confirmed the price for my wife, he added $250 of accessories when my daughter came back to pick up the phone (many of which were stuck on there). When my wife called they said they couldn't take them back. I had to go into the store two times and was lied to by the manager on several occasions, including telling me he had shipped my daughters ipad back to Verizon. It wasn't true, which was essentially the theme of the experience in dealing with these guys. I guess its our fault for a going to a shore with a bad reputation. Nothing has changed. Don't use them.
