I have been a Verizon customer for 22 years at that store. The store had 2 customers. A wide ride, long nailed, longer lashes, purple haired sales assistant approached me, I told her my problem. She said call 611 on your phone, we cannot help you. I called and stood in the corner talking to customer service for 20 minutes with a very polite Verizon guy on the phone. I told him about my experience with the salesperson, he said give me her name, I walked over and asked her for her name, she said "why", I said "to report you to Verizon", she said "I told you to call 611, I don't have to give you my name", and turned away. Last thing I saw was her supersize caboose careening away. Yeah, I'm changing carriers.

Gabe was the gentleman at Mobile Rescue in Norwalk (on route 7 near Wilton boarder) who fixed it and did an outstanding job. He also fixed a camera lens for free. GREAT to have Mobile Rescue in the area, and SHAME on Apple Store for outright lying I know Apple wants to sell phones but not all of us have $1k spare change sitting around.
