Totally screwed up my account. Lied to me about upgrading my account and losing things that I specifically said I wanted to keep. Stayed there 3 hours to port my second line over to my new phone and I still walked out without it working. Find out later the put it back on the phone that I was turning in. The manager and the worker were just fast talkers and made you feel like they knew what they were doing but totally messed up everything. Terrible service. I like the guy who works there named, Fez, but the store is not a corporate store so they charge you all these weird fees. Look at the picture I was charged two different taxes. I live in Missouri City for the last 20 years and never have I been charged a fee like this. Then they got another fee of 40 bucks but I complained about that one and got my money back from Fez. My wife and I went in to get a new phone for our 12yo we were told that if we added a new line to our plan, that the phone would be much cheaper. We went ahead and added the new phone line paid the difference as we were told and went home. We looked at our bill upon receiving it, and they had not canceled the old line like we had asked them to, they did not match up the credit to what was still owed, and they charged us for setting up the phone in shop, when all they did was hand us the box. Would not suggest going to this store, as they talk fast, and don't tell you what you are actually paying for. Also, random charges for things they didn't actually do. read more

Came in to switch to Verizon! Fareena was great! It was a long lengthy process due to porting issues but she was so patient! I used her phone for the whole process! She even was patient with my toddler ! Great experience definitely will be back for any of my Verizon needs read more

So, bought a screen protector and went to return it in less than 24 hours. Never opened the box. Was told that they do not accept returns on screen protectors and "it's on the receipt". No other notices posted. Read the fine print. Not to mention the person "helping" me was very rude. Will never spend money there again. read more

Not only is This place a complete scam. This is the worst experience I've ever had purchasing an item from anyone anywhere. Not only did the person working there make me do half of the work she was suppose to do. She had me retype my password into her computer a half dozen times while she looked over my shoulder. After she decided she saw my password enough times she told me she could not deactivate my old phone so I would have to drive it 10 miles to the Apple store MYSELF for Apple to somehow magically do something. I got to the Apple store and they said this would never be the case. I then drove this phone another 10 miles back to the Verizon store to tell them what was going on and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. ALSO My girlfriend went into this store and paid cash for a new iPhone 13 pro max then she immediately got charged for the same phone on her bill. WHAT A JOKE OF A "BUSINESS"!!! They personally charge me $40 per each lines. and told me it's the activation fee which I been double charged by Verizon and been told by Verizon customer service that the store doesn't have authorization to charge the "activation Fee". read more

I can assure you that the owner of this location has zero sense of customer service. Tells me I have to wait 30 minutes for a printed receipt. Tries to compare himself to Best Buy, which he is not even in the same universe. Then he tells me he can talk to his customers any ways he wants because he is the boss man. Stay away! Verizon may be a good carrier, but this guy DEGRADES the entire company. I have never had an experience like this one. Only 2 people in the store....I can see why. read more

If I could rate less than a star I would. This place made me reevaluate changing from AT&T to Verizon. I was promised a phone by a certain date and I came to get my phone from towns over, but it wasn't there. The employee that I worked with was also not there and I was told he would be and he hadn't communicated our interaction with anyone else. I had to go back the next day to get my phone and then again later that day when they didn't go through all of the steps to properly activate my phone. Then later I realize that they never completed the port for my iPad costing me a lot of time and extra money on the phone with Verizon customer service as well as with AT&T. They also gave me a supposedly new iPad, however when I got home I found a used charging cord in the box. I do not recommend this location, please save yourself the headache. Their employees need to be held accountable for their mistakes and learn to communicate as well as undergo more training since more than one person helped there and no one could seem to get it right. read more
