Business was slow so I guess I got lucky, but he didn't have to put that much effort into helping me, yet he did anyways. Thanks to his help, I was able to narrow the issue down to corrupted drivers, and I met my render deadline in time (practically saved my job). He was kind, genuinely interested in the problem at hand, and did everything he was able to do. I did end up getting a few display port cables, but thanks to his expertise and problem solving skills, I was able to avoid the more expensive troubleshooting options (replacing entire components on my work system). Without his help, I would have missed my deadline, potentially lost my job, and spent several thousand dollars replacing parts that didn't need replacing. Again, I never leave reviews. But in a world of corporations who put the customer last, a small business that puts the customer first deserves every bit of recognition. I have both purchased computers and used their repair service. The most recent experience I had was with Lane at the Thomasville location. My computer failed to install an update halfway through the process and kept giving me a "stopcode" message. I dropped my computer off and explained my problem. Lane diagnosed the problem and installed the upgrade directly in the shop. The charge was nominal and he did not try to upsell me on a new computer. I highly recommend these folks for any of your computer needs.

They were ready for me at my appointment time on a Saturday. It was a holiday weekend and I understood any delay they may have had. The tech was very professional. They called when they diagnosed the problem. They ask for approval before they start the work. They communicate if there are any issues along the way and charges. I had a sticker on the phone and they stated it may get damaged during the service. It didn't get damaged, because they were very diligent. The fee for the entire service was minimal to me and I was very pleased. Phone works like a charm now. I would highly recommend this business.
