They called when they diagnosed the problem. They ask for approval before they start the work. They communicate if there are any issues along the way and charges. I had a sticker on the phone and they stated it may get damaged during the service. It didn't get damaged, because they were very diligent. I came in on a weekday morning to use their triple loader to wash a king size comforter that I refused to pay the dry cleaners $30+ to wash for me. The interior is a bit worn and showing it's age but was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I was a bit lost and in need of some direction in operating the washing machine and a lovely woman was more than happy to help. She even added the bleach for me at the correct time. It was only $3.50 to wash! The dryer was cheap too, can't remember how much now. I will definitely return the next time I need a triple loader!

The Rumors are True!…read more Before I came here I checked the reviews and it stated that the prices were the best in GBoro and that the people working here are super nice and helpful; all checks out. The biggest washer was 6.50 and the lady working there was nice enough to let me know I didn't need the biggest one for the amount of laundry I had because the machine could handle more than expected. She also helped me with the coin exchange machine and the dryers without me asking because she noticed it was my first time and I was having trouble. I absolutely would recommend this laundromat just make sure you bring those quarters! (although all of my dollars made it through the machine!)

He noticed right away why my iPad wouldn't charge -- my kid had snapped off the male tip of the charging cable inside the port. Micah pulled out some specialty tweezers, popped it right out in seconds, and said, "This one's on the house." I then asked about replacing the battery, and instead of upselling me, he walked me through the cost honestly and pointed out that at that price point, I was getting very close to the cost of a newer used iPad. That kind of transparency is rare. Super knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful. These guys are great -- especially Micah. Highly recommend.
