I have attached the confirmation emails and text to. So as I walked into EWC NLR Ms. Pierson (may be spelled wrong) stated that I canceled my appointment and I advised her I did not and that I do have a confirmation appointment. So I asked her when can I be seen next and she proceeded to say not today I said I'm aware I want the next available. So to make a long story short she was very rude to me and did not make me feel that as a customer I was worthy of having services done with them. She told me that she did not care what my phone says because her computer shows I canceled. She said she did not care what my phone showed and that there was no glitch in their system at all. So I asked her what her bosses name was after telling her that she will not amount to anything having an attitude and treating customers that way. I advised her that customers are always right and she said that's not true. So I then asked her what her bosses name was and she stated "Amber" and couple minutes later I asked again to confirm and she said I'm not telling you. So due to the rudeness and nonchalant character of Miss Pierson, I pray that she learns how to deal with customers in a better way. Oh yes she also told me to make sure I mentioned she has two nose rings as well just down right rude.

Typically, nail techs check in throughout the service to make sure you're happy with the shape, length, and overall look. That didn't happen here. I mentioned I wanted my nails cut down, but there was no discussion around length and he ended up choosing it for me. They are now much shorter than I wanted. I also booked a fill and showed a picture of an ombré French. He said he didn't have time and that I would need a full set. When I agreed to switch, he then told me no and insisted on a fill. At that point, I should have left, but I stayed and regretted it. I understand time restrictions but this was upsetting. The nails don't look terrible, but they're not what I asked for and look a bit lumpy and rushed.
