As this being my first time doing Lash extensions, I had a million and one questions, but after a while I completely trusted her with taking over my lashes. Her suite is located in the Phenix Suites in West Plano. Easy parking and easy access. Her suite location is also easy to find and is simply cozy. (I had a video but you can't post videos.) She has true hospitality. She wants you to feel as comfortable as possible. As she was beginning her services, I was walked/talked through every step. She makes sure that you're aware of everything that's going on and comfortable. She talks to about her journey & life story as she is going. You will instantly be relaxed and find a genuine friend in her. Definitely made my experience enjoyable and not boring or awkward. My lashes turned out great. First red flag: Always and I stress always go with your first mind. I needed a combo brow touch up which we agreed was $360. I paid a deposit of $50. Appt set 5/13 @9 Fast forward to a week later. I called and stated several spots didn't take well and would like an appointment for her to look it over as a touch up or do over or whatever she could do to make it right as there was zero or near faint spots in those areas. I was told I need to wait an additional 2 weeks and come it for a touch up. I'm like wait, it's only been a week and I've already paid you over $400 which included a generous tip and it's been less than a week. Why do I have to pay for a touch up. She commenced to give a bogus excuse about me being an herb user. Really that's your explanation. Many people come in because of harsh pharmaceutical meds like chemotherapy and you're telling me herbs will keep you from looking over your work from a week ago just to gain an additional $129 or so from me? No I'll pass on that. I called around and asked other technicians and was told an appointment should have at least been granted rather than over the phone discussion because there's no way of truly telling until visually inspecting and 2-4 weeks later is too long for customer to be upset if all that money was paid for something they're not happy about. Vibe was ok under previous ownership but can't say I was happy and money was NOT well spent!

She's fast, meticulous, and ever so sweet. The salon is set up with lounge/beds in one large room. Each bed is separated by a thin curtain. The guests are very considerate of others. They normally have nice music playing in the background so don't be surprised if you fall asleep for the hour or so it takes to get your lashes. Since I'm now a regular, I typically schedule at least two appointments ahead so I can stay booked with Maria. Front desk staff is awesome & always quick to help. I've used other lash lounge salons when I'm traveling, but this location and Maria is definitely my favorite.
