I was told that I would receive special ingrown treatment. However, I ended up with the easthetician not doing anything about them. Yet, I was charged for the most expensive pedicure. The last straw for me was getting gel nails done in there. The technician had no attention to detail and sent me home with super thick and blotchy gel thumbs and pain all throughout my fingers. I did get a partial refund, but it was just so disapointing.
