Of course there is a language barrier because English is not their first language. Once you pay the entrance fee, you can do a lot of things for free except for the massages and exfoliating bath and food. You can sit in on a movie (movie are 80' and up). Lounge around in the saunas or just relax and talk in the lounge chairs. They provide T-shirt and shorts which is included in the entrance fee. I enjoyed the fresh juice most of all in the food court. It was like an Asian experience without being in Korea, Japan or China. This is not a place you can experience as a large group as the saunas are first come first serve. I highly recommend this establishment !!Fast friendly service. Recommend you start early so you can get to experience most the saunas and services.

The head spa service was not relaxing at all the lady that did my service was very rough , it was my first time having this service done and it was awful. The 2 ladies in the room were talking to each other during the service and they were making so much noise with whatever items that were using on our heads that it was hard to relax. I also noticed that were using water from the bathroom sink, and bringing it back to our room. My daughter had a facial right after the head spa treatment and I saw the technician bringing in water from the bathroom sink, my daughter said she was wringing a towel from the bucket and putting it on her face. I waited in the lobby for my daughter to come out and saw a little girl sitting at the desk answering the phone. She was definitely under 14, she saw me come out and asked me "did you pay?" As if I was going to walk out without paying. There is a bit of a language barrier with the ladies so maybe that's why the kid was at the desk. When I was ready to pay, the lady said there would be a $3 charge to use my credit card for the facial, but then said I could just zelle her to avoid the charge, which I thought was odd. I would absolutely not go back to this establishment it appears they have good reviews for massage, but I would never get any other services here. I'm questioning whether they are licensed estheticians doing facials out of a bucket.
