Nice clean park not fond of the gravel wndcapa spaces had to move, older don't want to slip n fall on rocks hard for thesigs feet too. Gras spaces with trees was sooo nice. Gravel dog park same thing, cant chase ball on gravel tear up my GSDs feet and slip hazzard. Rec room pool table is not level balls roll to one side. Needs shims. Water pressure was unusually low in space C3 we gave up filling it all the way it took too long. These are constructive criticism for the owners. Park is nice. read more

We made reservations for the park back in Nov 2025 and paid in full for 3 night, for arrival Jun 11, 2026. When we checked the new management said that they had no record of the reservation or payment. Checked our bank statement and couldn't find a record of payment. They did have a pull-through site for our 42' 5th wheel, however the site had overhanging branches the would not clear the top of our rig. Called the office and asked if the branches could be trimmed, or could they move us to another vacant pull- through site that were vacant close to our site. The front office lady went "ballistic" at that suggestion, and told us to get out of the park. However, the laneways were very narrow, and RVers parked front and back from our site were parked in the laneways. We asked those folks if perhaps they move their vehicles for a moment - basically told us to get lost. Fortunately with patience and help from some nice folks, we were able to extricate ourselves from the site . Took us about an hour to get out of the site, and found a nice hotel nearby. In discussion with several of the nice folks who helped us shared that they were literally scared of the managers, and that our experience was not unusual for the park. Be forewarned that not only us, but others have been horribly treated by this management. read more

Our site had lava rocks instead of gravel, dirt or concrete !!! Our dog didn't want to even walk on it ! Trash was scattered amongst the lava rocks . Very weak WiFi and no cable as advertised !!!! Office staff suggested over the air channels , she gets 10 ( whoopie) Most of those staying in the park perhaps construction crews while doing a large job nearby . BEWARE, made a reservation but had to cancel due to travel plans. Actually had to cancel a few hours after I made the reservation. I was told I would be charged a 20.00 cancellation fee. Crystal told me it was posted on the website...checked the website and there is no mention of a 20.00 dollar non-refundable cancellation fee. She then told me that the " maintenance guy" made my reservation when I called and should have said something. I told her that wasnt my fault and she still would not waive the fee! She told me that would have go through corporate and wasnt gauranteed. She then hung up the phone on me! My reservation was still a few days away, its not like I was cancelling last minute. Crystal was very rude and unprofessional. Park may get good reviews as far as conditions, but the staff are untrained and very unprofessional.... read more

Worst experience ever! BEWARE DO NOT STOP HERE! The front office is extremely rude. And tried to make you enforce to ridiculous rules even though they are not posted any where. Every site is a pull through so if you back up your trailer as bad as I do you will be super happy. We stayed in site D2 and there was Power, Clean Out, Cable, and Water. In the men's restroom there are 3 showers, 3 sinks, 2 sit down toilets, and 1 urinal. They were very clean and well lit inside. My wife and i were able to watch the opening night of Football at our site to do the cable availability. With the cable we received 46 channels and with our regular antenna we received 9 channels. This was a very nice RV park. We did not feel cramped and they are located just across the freeway from gas stations with diesel and a Grocery Outlet, Wal Mart I'd a five minute drive and the downtown has some antique shops and a brewery. read more

Park is nice. Nice facility and well maintained. Most spaces are pull through. Issues: They do not offer any discounts. Could not get cable tv to work. Space next to us had a permanent resident who was rude. They had a big dog that pooped all over their space and it wasn't cleaned up. Husband almost stepped in it while doing our hookup. They had junk sitting all around their trailer along with a refrigerator sitting outside. There were five people, the dog and a cat living in what appeared be a 25' trailer. If we had be in another space we would have been much happier. read more

Arrived at 4:56 and asked if I could see the spots before deciding. The daughter of what appeared to be a mother daughter team abruptly said they closed at 5 and if I wasn't back it'd be too late. I said it looks like I won't be able to have time. She smugly said nope, probably not - as she put away her little form. Note to business owner. That lemming uncaring attitude just lost you a sale, any repeat business and gained the Friendly RV park in Weed CA (with an awesome view right at the base of the mountain) a positive review. Really newer nice park close off the hwy and we were told even though check in time was much later than when we were going to arrive that we could come early, lots of available spaces and we could pick. Not sure if they have a weekly or bi-weekly housekeeper for bathrooms as the tiled shower I used was full of hair trapped in the drain so the water sat high in it and floors looked as they had not been swept or mopped in awhile (under shower mats mostly). Other than that one of the nicer ones at $38 per night with Good Sam's membership. read more

The RV Park has gotten way too expensive for what they offer. Now there is a huge truck stop nearby that is very noisy. Of course, this is not the Parks fault but charging the amount of money they do is outrageous. At best it is a $50 park and not the $ 60 amount they charge. Will never stay here again. Drive the extra 55 minute to Medford and get out of Yreka and California. read more

This is the worse Rv park I have ever stayed at. They do not clean the restrooms or showers everyday. The stalls were out of toilet paper for two consecutive days. The water pressure is non-existent and the office staff is rude as hell. Not to mention the outrageous price of $61 per night for my little 30 amp Rv. Do yourself a favor and stay at the other Rv park in town by the fairgrounds. read more

This was a perfect place to lay over for the night. We travel between California and Oregon often. This is exactly what we look for when we rv around. We have a motor home and tow a jeep. Very clean and quiet. It was also easy to pull in park and pay in the morning if the office is closed. We'll return for sure. read more

An OK RV Park just off I-5 in Northern California. Makes a good stop while heading north or south during 'snow bird' season. Sites are wide and long but not very level. Gravel roads and pads. The park is starting to look tired - poor grass - trashy. I will stay here again but only because I have found nothing better in the area. read more

Great RV park - nice & clean, and lots of friendly RVer's. We had a leveling jack malfunction and needed a drill to manually retract the jacks. Managers - Ray and his wife were extremely helpful. Traveling through and needed a spot to stay for the night. This place fit the bill perfectly! Clean, nice large pull throughs, space between spots...just an overall nice park! Easy in and easy out. We are towing a 38' fifth wheel and had no problems. Did not use the amenities, but if the look of the park is any indication, the managers and owners are doing a great job!! read more

Never been here, so I will give 4 stars to protect the establishment its self, but the owners of this establishment (Tardie Investments) owns a few other properties, and treat their customers with prejudice. I voiced my concern about an internet issue, which has been occurring for several months, in a calm and understanding manner, and was met with hostility and rudeness from a woman named Aly. First time calling during the whole issue, mind you. I fear, due to their unrealistic actions against my humane questions towards something I paid for, i am going to be evicted. I have children and 2 pets, and it's almost the harshest part of the 2018 winter. How's this fair? I warn you: Do not support Larry and Aly of Tardie Investments, all they want and care for, is your money. read more

A well designed RV park with spacious drive through level sites. Maintenance is superb. Only comment: during a two day stop including a Tuesday in late May 2018 the lawn maintenance was disruptive to our quiet afternoon of reading outside. Without asking the lawnmower operator rolled into our site and proceeded to disturb an otherwise pleasant experience. After a brief conversation an understanding of why the mowing should be continued at another time the maintenance person departed bearing some perceived consternation. Courtesy is always appreciated and we should have been consulted. We stayed in a 23' Airstream with two small dogs. ($44 per night). read more

This park is CLEAN and the bathrooms SPARKLING CLEAN. A 2 minute drive from Highway 5, we pulled in at 9:00 pm, found specific directions on the window of the office for after-hours arrivals. Called a number and got the code for the bathrooms and parked our Van. The next morning met the Manager and paid our 32.00 fee for the night. Very fair and included Electricity. Coffee and baked goods, quiet even though close to the freeway. Perfect for a road-trip overnight! read more

The Yreka RV Park is a fabulous place to stay if you have an RV or small tent/camper. The staff are very considerate and accommodating. The restroom/shower area is super nice and clean. The grounds are very well maintained. The Clubhouse, kitchen and dining areas are wonderful. The morning coffee is really delicious and the small breakfast Danish are just enough to help you start your day off right. Although the showers were being painted when we arrived and we couldn't use them, it was still a good experience visiting this RV park. I will highly recommend this park to my friends and family! read more

Very nice park - over 100 graveled and (for the most part) level sites with a decent grassy area for each site and full hookups and looks as they are still working on making covered RV sites. Park managers are very nice and willing to help with whatever is needed. We have stayed here twice; two one night stays going and coming from another destination. There is not much to do for entertainment in town but this is not the parks fault; but let's face it... stay in your camp and enjoy the company. Or walk around and talk with other campers. This park for us is more of a lay-over park but reminds me of something that was thought out 15 years in advance though as they now have the property and a very nice RV park for when the area grows. read more

I called yesterday10-9-2015 for a reservation. I was not told about any problems. I was told that they had huge spots and we would not have to unhook. Planned our trip around making a certain amt of miles each day. I called about 4 pm 10-10-15 and was NOT told of any problems. WE arrived 10-10-2015 about 6 pm and the sign on the door said "water main break, do not use water without boiling it first". Our tank is empty but we are too tired to go any further. The site has the sewer very far away from the coach connection. Each site is the same! We are forced to unhook the car and rearrange the coach to connect the sewer. There are other sites that I could have stayed at but didn't. I felt that I was deceived when I called for information/reservations. Will not plan on staying here again! read more

A very good stop off point, we have visited twice. Facilities are very clean, staff is very friendly, and easy access to the highway. All in all both visits were very quiet. We stumbled into here after a long day of driving and fortunately there was space available. The reception area was spacious and immaculate and the woman behind the counter very friendly and helpful. The park is gravel with grassy areas between each space. The grounds are very well maintained. Full, easily accessible hook-ups. A Ray's market is less than a mile away which is very convenient. If you park facing north, the view of the mountains is nice. Southward, not so much. I assume many people come here for the recreational opportunities in the area, and this place would work well as a home base. It is also a great, quiet and clean place to spend the night while passing through. I would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves traveling through this area. Left three messages before a call back for my reservations. Stayed here over the Fourth of July, 2015. The park is pleasant to look at. Easy access from I-5. Office was closed when we arrived at 2100 hours, Friday night, but has clear instructions as to where to park. Easy pull throughs, even for my 37 foot fifth wheel. The sites are not perfectly flat, but no big deal. Power pole and water / cable is farther forward, but I was able to adjust. Park was quiet the entire stay. The showers (Mens) were filthy, lots on mold and funk. The outer shower curtins were in shreads. I showered in my trailer. Trash dumpster was overflowing, with lots of crap that appeared to have been there a while. There is mostly longer term tenants there, but they were respectful, a few junk trailers in the back. Overall it was ok. Some construction is going on, so one can hope for improvements. read more
