Their treats are good, but similar to many of the other snack restaurants & stands in town. The main reason I rated 1 star though is because of their stinginess. I ordered a bottle of water & when i asked for a cup of ice to go with my water, they charged me $0.25 + tax, so I had to pay $0.27 for the cup of ice. Liiike... realllly?! I know we're in inflation and all, but damn! I refuse to go to any food establishment that won't even give me a cup of ice along with my drink unless I pay an extra $0.25 + tax!!! What's next? You're going to charge people $0.15 + tax just to walk through the door?? Freaks! read more

It's saddens me to have to write this review but I feel if I don't then they will continue to do this to more customers. I contacted Yukis immediately after discovering that the apple was rotten. I spoke to a manager provided her with these pictures and asked for a refund. Her response was "I'll see what I can do for you". I understand businesses are being affected because of COVID-19 but this doesn't give them the right to try to sell rotten food to customers. read more

Horrible service! waited an hour to get a banana split and they gave 3 people their orders before mine when they ordered after me. I confronted the lady about it, and she lied and said they called ahead when I know they didn't because they literally ordered after me and I heard their order. Then, the banana split isn't even a banana split at all. Firstly, it is in a cup and not a plate. Secondly, it only had banana not any strawberries or pineapple, let along any of the syrup. Wasted my time and money for something I didn't even ask for. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Trust me, the Yukis on Alton floor is so much better for the food taste and customer service! Very welcoming environment. Fast service. Trolebus is a Mexican slushy. I like to order the mango and chamoy. Then I add extra chamoy they have available for the clients in the front. It also has very fresh fruit. Great place to stop by and pick up a mexican-goodie to take on the go, or eat here. read more

Love the Variety of different snacks and food. Customer service is always awesome with a very welcoming environment. Fast service is always a good thing. Everything seems nice and clean no matter what time a day I go by. It's a must to try the mango ice cream that a my favorite. The only negative comment I will say is I dont like the way the employees are treated infront of customer. It's been more then a few time I have over heard mistreatment with offensive Language. My family really like Yuki's. I tried the Yuki burger and really enjoyed it. It came steaming hot. The smoke was coming out of the burger. That's how it should be! The fresh pineapple juice was great. Their frozen drinks and desserts are all great! read more
