Hector was the gentleman that gave me the quote and did the work. He was super nice, they did a full sprinkler system install in 1 day. He showed me how to use the app, adjust the heads, and they put down grass seed when done. Also they accidentally cracked one of my blue stones but they replaced it within a few days of the job. The sprinkler system works great so far. Looking forward to using it this fall and next spring.

I should have caught this, but it's not the kind of thing I have to worry about and I want to work with a company that I can trust to make a sensible suggestion. When they activated the my sprinklers earlier this season, they told me that I needed a new filter--when the service person realized he didn't have the part in the truck, he told me that I actually don't need the filter replaced. So did I not need it, or were you just trying to uncharge me? Or do I actually need it, and you never took the time to come back and fix it?
