I've been…read moreusing them for winterization and fixing leaks - both at the rotor heads and in the lines itself. I continue finding myself fixing my own leaks and my heads year after a year for what they did not "detect" Regardless of how old systems are - if you're a new homebuyer like me inheriting a previous system - if leaks appear in the same spots over and over again there is an issue. If MASSIVE leaks go unaddressed - I'm talking about at the main water junction area - there is an issue. I've uncovered heads I didn't know were there, I've uncovered massive leaks that were significantly affecting water pressure - all that have been overlooked from technicians year after year. I've had leaks and rotor heads fixed, and a month later come winterization, they detect and recommend upon opening, fixing leaks in those same areas! I just spent 7 hours this weekend addressing 5 main line leaks, and 5 rotor head leaks and replacement. Since I started doing my own repairs, my sprinkler system has never been better. Water pressure at its best. Watering coverage at its best. If I had the time, I would open up my own business and do the job at half the price for people with 100% satisfaction. I would crush their business. What a scam - another overpriced service repair company. Wish I could help the rest of you who are experiencing the same.

Hector was the gentleman that gave me the quote and did the work. He was super nice, they did a full sprinkler system install in 1 day. He showed me how to use the app, adjust the heads, and they put down grass seed when done. Also they accidentally cracked one of my blue stones but they replaced it within a few days of the job. The sprinkler system works great so far. Looking forward to using it this fall and next spring.

I should have caught this, but it's not the kind of thing I have to worry about and I want to work with a company that I can trust to make a sensible suggestion. When they activated the my sprinklers earlier this season, they told me that I needed a new filter--when the service person realized he didn't have the part in the truck, he told me that I actually don't need the filter replaced. They left my backyard in shambles - tearing up my grass, throwing rocks all over mine and my neighbor's front lawn, and leaving their pavers so unfinished that my yard now floods with two feet of water every time it rains! I called repeatedly, left voicemails over and over for weeks - and no response. I had the bright idea to call from a different number, and they answered IMMEDIATLY! As soon as I said my name, THEY HUNG UP ON ME, and would not answer another call from that number!! From there, I took matters into my own hands. I called another company to finish the job that these people did not. They told me that the job was started so horribly that I would need to rip out the entire thing and start all over ($10,000)...and that I would not even be able to get my certificate of occupancy from an inspector because it was not even up to code!!! I had to then call my credit card company to at least get my money back for the labor I paid them to do. Thankfully, I was refunded all of the labor money...but I still had to pay another $10,000 to fix my yard after that!!! That was the most expensive paver job in existence for the size installed. This means you have to turn off the water and now you can't even use a hose outside until they can get there. If it happens at the height of the summer heat, your lawn is cooked. all the water and $$$ you spent in it are for nothing. They are not responsive and act like they're doing you a favor taking your money. Better to go with a merchant more reliable and responsive to customers Someone who cares about your business, because clearly Pacific doesn't care about anything but your money.
