My wedding was last month on October 4. I was initially looking for a korean makeup artist because I wanted that korean natural makeup look for my ceremony. I know there's a lot of makeup artists in Koreatown, but my wedding venue was in Long Beach and that didn't seem very efficient to me. So I was looking for a korean makeup artist in the area and came across Yuli. I scheduled for a makeup trial and fell in love. The makeup look was natural but also made me look made up, which was what I was going for. I didn't want to look cakey and look like I had too much makeup on, since I originally am a low maintenance girly, but at the same time I did want it to look like it was me, but like a better version of me. ahah. (sounds confusing lol) I had 3 bridesmaids and I didn't want to put so much pressure on Yuli doing everyone's hair and makeup, so i tried to find someone to at least do my bridesmaid's hairs, but she even went out of the way to find someone who can help us out. Yuli did my hair and make up for my wedding as well as for my (now) husband. She was so amazing, the look was exactly what I had hoped for (natural but polished).
