Pros: - punctual - communicative and very fast response time - created beautiful looks for my bridal party - open to suggestions for changing or altering looks based on what my bridal party wanted - flexible in using products that I brought for my make up trial - overall very reliable and did great work Cons: - attitude - my bridal hair felt rushed - my experience felt rushed - I had hives break out from stressing out the night before and asked her about any cover up and she just brushed it off and said it's not noticeable or if air brush is used there is no guarantee it won't get on the dress. Rather than feeling like someone who is given the time of day I felt like just another customer to get through. On the morning of the wedding, it seemed like Amy was running behind so my bridal hair had to be worked on later. That's fine. But my hair was done in the same amount of time as the bridesmaid before me and that I was rushed to try to figure out what to fix for it. It wasn't really fair since bridal hair is 50% more the cost of bridal party hair. I don't know where she had to get to, but the experience with her felt stressful from my perspective. Also Amy was more chatty/friendly with my friend who could speak her language but with me she was more curt and too the point. If I'm going to be completely honest, there was a bump protruding out in the back of my head from the hairstyle that looked weird. But if she had to fix it then it would take a long time. I wasn't sure about it and was trying to assess the look but she rushed me to tell her if my hair was ok or not so she could pack up and leave. For my hives, I ended up applying foundation last minute myself at the venue because it just looked so red on my body and it was very noticeable.
