She needed a deep cleaning that needed to be done in two sessions taking an hour each and cost $500 each. Sounded like a lot but they seemed to be caring and we assumed it would be done by a dentist not just a hygienist so we made an appointment. The morning of her appointment they called to say they could do both bottom and top the same day. She responded that she had an appointment an hour and a half after her appointment with them so that wouldn't work out. They said they could get both done in an hour. So here's the rub. Basic cleaning takes an hour and is done by a hygienist and costs under $100. Turns out the deep cleaning was done by a hygienist, not a dentist, takes an hour and costs $500. If you do both at the same time, it takes an hour and costs $1,000. They referred her to a specialist for a root canal and supplied xrqys to him. He wanted to do his own X-rays and there was no discussion about cost. After the X-rays they confirmed she needed a root canal and the cost would be $2,500. She declined feeling that cost was excessive and was then told she would have to pay $500 for the x-rays.

My mouth was very sore for a week and I received a letter from the dentist personally telling me I had been disrespectful and not to come back. While the staff at that office was fine, I was not impressed with the dentist himself. He seemed distant and cold, just not very caring. So I went on a search for another dentist for his next visit. Found Dr Kempton and was very impressed. Great bedside manner and he seems to genuinely care about my kids' teeth. Never had a problem with the staff in regards to scheduling or billing either. The office is spacious and nice with toys, tablets, movies, and an aquarium to help keep the kids occupied. My kids also look forward to getting their prize at the end of the visit. We've since moved and sorry that we'll have to find another pediatric dentist. Don't hesitate to visit this office, I'm sure you'll be very happy with them.

Dr. Milliner has walked me through every step of the way and has done a fabulous job at being consistent at it. I hardly ever have to ask any questions at the end of each appointment because this woman knows her stuff, and they always get answered before I even ask. Her assistants do amazing at making sure you are comfortable and that everything they do is done with care and respect for the patient. And then there is Deanna! She is there to welcome you as soon as you walk through the door and she never fails to have a smile on her face. And don't worry if you are as forgetful as me of appointments made far in advance.
