I immediately informed the staff, and they asked the manager to come speak with me. Instead of apologizing, she insisted, "We don't have any bugs here." I responded that I had not left the restaurant, so the insect clearly did not come from anywhere else. She then said that everything they serve arrives pre-packaged, which did not address the issue or explain how a cricket ended up in my meal. Her responses made no sense, and there was no genuine concern or accountability. They offered me a refund, but I wasn't looking for my money back. I was expecting a sincere apology and for the issue to be taken seriously. I do not recommend eating by dirty restaurant managed this way.
