Really yummy. I get the beef pho without onions or meatballs and add cabbage and carrots. Then eat with anise, bean sprouts, and lime.

Worst meal ever. Waitress brought the wrong food to our table, it took asking four tables before she found the right diners. My food was ice cold so I sent it back. They slid my salad off the plate, heated up the chicken and did not replace the salad. This whole time my husband still didn't have his meal. The wife at the table next to us got her meal but her husband didn't get his. More musical chairs to figure out whose meals were whose. Hubby liked his food. Customer service is lacking. Waitress with tattoo didn't greet or attempt to be friendly. Her attitude was a "I'm here to collect my paycheck" kinda thing. Friend ordered a beef pho and she brought us a combo pho which is more expensive. My friend tried to get her attention as she walked passed, but she had her head down looking at the floor pretending she didn't notice. When we got her attention my friend explained she received the wrong bowl, rather than fixing the mistake she argued, saying that is what she ordered and it is what it is. The pho itself was ok, you can taste the water down broth. Shrimp spring rolls were dry and stale. Price is not worth the food quality and service. read more

The atmosphere isn't that great but the food is magical. I ordered the spicy beef pho, and it was amazing. Every bite was better than the last. It was a little spicy, one of those slow burns that kind of builds up. But not the spiciest I have ever eaten. The cilantro really made the dish pop. There is now great Pho in the Tri Cities! This place makes a decent variety of Vietnamese food, but the pho is delicious. The place usually seems under staffed (only 1-2 employees that I've ever seen) but the food is still ready pretty quickly. I've had a few friends go with me and get different plates (noodles, rice, meat) and everyone has always been impressed. This place lives up to its name! The pho is so yummy! I got the vegetarian with tofu to go and it came with all the fixings on the side. ..Bean sprouts, lime, chili, and basil, also hoisin sauce. The vermicelli came on the side as well and kind of stuck together but softened up once put in the broth. So good! I just moved to Kennewick and had to see how the pho is. I ordered Chicken Teriyaki, but now I wish I had ordered one of the soup bowls (I think that is what the "Pho" was...). Other customers ordered the soup bowls and they looked HUGE! Their lunch specials go from 11:00 - 2:00 and only three items on the menu are reduced for lunch specials. Mine wasn't one of them, paid regular price at 1:30 PM in the afternoon. Now, as for the Chicken Teriyaki. I asked if any of the dishes were spicy. I was told that it could be made spicy. So, I said "Spicy it is." However, I wasn't given any "range of options" (i.e. 1 star up to 5 stars). Let's just say, if you decide to order "spicy," then expect your mouth to burn! I love spicy food and I generally order 3 stars or sometimes 4 stars. I think what I got was 3 stars, it was about what I like. The food server had no idea what the spice level was. It appears you get spicy or not spicy, but no range of options. Let's just say, when I go to an Asian restaurant, I expect MOUTH TO BURN and SINUSES TO RUN. I got what I wanted. It was served with a small salad (they gave you the dressing on the side, it was some type of rice vinegar dressing...) and noodles galore garnished with a generous supply of vegetables. Plus I got lots of meat. It was worth the $8.99 I paid. And, they give you REAL chopsticks to use, not those cheap wooden ones. Nope, you can't take the chopsticks home. The tables are pretty close together. It wasn't busy when I went, maybe four tables were in use. If all tables are full, might be a little crowded for me. I'm saying NO to the "Good for Groups" question because of the coziness of the tables. No fortune cookie here, but I guess that's a Chinese thing and I guess "Pho" is Viet Namese..... guessing...... It appears from other reviews, that the PHOS are THE THING TO ORDER. No place to park an RV. This restaurant shares parking spaces with other businesses. I came here in a rental car. read more

It is a good place given the options in Tri-Cities. Tried their Vermicelli bowl and pho. Both were good. I would go there again. Lao kitchen definitely has better pho, but the Pho here was also pretty good. read more

I'm Vietnamese and can honestly say I've never had Vietnamese food this bad. The spring rolls are ALL vegetable and 1 piece of shrimp cut in half. The spicy noodle soup is soooooo spicy we couldn't even eat more than a bite and I'm used to spicy. Not impressed! read more

We returned after 2 years absence longing for a hot bowl of chicken pho. It was always our favorite. The slices, yes slices, of chicken were extremely tough and dry. I gave up chewing and left most of the slices in the bowl. I mentioned it to the waitress. She said the other pho was better that day. The cook told her that the chicken was from on ice. We assumed she meant it was frozen. Bad form. It should never have been served. The jasmine tea we ordered should have been hotter. There was no mention to compensate us. Sad to say, we won't be returning. We'll try down the street per the other review. read more

Spring Rolls were good and the Pho was decent. The broth was a little on the salty side. Did not have the options of a typical pho house, and I really cannot stand it when every beef version has meat balls. If tendon does not make the meatball meat, what does? I typically stay away from the meat balls, too sketchy for even me. Missing some of the condiments, they had the Siracha but not that great hot pepper paste. They gave me two slices of jalepeno and about eight mung beans and did not check in with me to see if I needed anything, so I had to make do. I'm DISAPPOINTED for the second time in a row because of the NEW SERVICE. I've gone to this restaurant for years and enjoyed it until I've encountered what is to me a new server. The last two times I've been there he's been there. When he's there, I feel RUSHED TO LEAVE, a NUISANCE, a BURDEN. The chicken Pho wasn't bad. It's almost not fair to compare this place to big city Vietnamese restaurants. I've been to many but this place isn't bad. I like their Grilled Pork with rice, the serving is small though. I've eaten in a couple times, I just don't care for my clothes smelling like the restaurant when I leave. Coming from Southern California, I was skeptical to find a decent pho restaurant in the Tri Cities. Having dinner here substantiated this initial concern. The pho soup is just OK here. If I could give it negative stars, I would. My husband and I decided to give them a try and will NEVER be back. We tried ordering pot stickers and we're told they "couldn't use the fryer" so my husband ordered the spring rolls instead. When they arrived, the shrimp inside hadn't been cleaned properly. Nothing like shrimp feces to ruin your appetite. I ordered a drink that I never got...and that was in addition to being told 2 separate times that I couldn't have the flavor I wanted since they were out. When our food came, both meals smelled sour and we both became nauseous from it. Despite that, we both tried ONE bite. The food tasted like rotten bleach. We let the waitress know the food sucked and told her we were leaving. She still charged us for EVERYTHING... including the drink I never got. Love this place! I come here at least once a week and sometimes twice a week! Everyone is super friendly and kind! Always high quality food and their pho broth is phenomenal! The second star is for the atmosphere, pleasant. I am not Vietnamese but I do eat a lot of great Vietnamese pho. The pho served at "Yummie Pho" is definitely sub-par. The menu choices for pho are sparse, which surprised me since pho is in the name. Two of these choices are wasted on pho with tofu... tofu, really? If you only have 8 choices, having 2 as vegetarian seems like a waste. I ordered the "beef pho" with an order of egg rolls. The egg rolls were vegetarian and a little over cooked. The pho was a big portion, but was confusing. The broth, which I fear was highly substituted with bullion, was incredible salty. I also believe I identified the other ingredient that stole away from everything else in this dish: garlic. I love garlic, but in this application, it is used to mask the incredibly high salt content of the broth and overpower the lack of additional ingredients. Please let me know if they change recipes and menus or get new ownership. read more

My wife and I eat Pho often and in Seattle it is easy to find good Pho - even outside of the heart of the city. Compared to Seattle this was good, but not great. In Kennewick I would say this deserves 4 stars, but in my experience the Pho should we hotter (it was a nice warm temp, but could have and should have been hot) and more flavorful. The extra veggies were good, but tiny compared to a Than Brothers. I had the Chicken - nice size and both white and dark meat. Not too much or too little meat. She had the spicy beef and she liked it, but said that it should have been hotter and compared to the places we frequent in Seattle it was "so so." I have had far worse and if you are in the neighborhood drop in and get some good Pho. Reasonable prices for the portion size. Service was good (not fantastic, but I'm not complaining either). It is NOT easy to see from Clearwater. I will give it at least one more shot at 4 stars or more. read more

This was the worst meal I have ever had. My son and I went to lunch 5/30/2012. The food was so bad we couldn't eat it! $30.00 for 2 for lunch Teriyaki Chic/Rice and Chicken rice noodle salad. The chicken was disgusting,grizzly, the rice noodles were over cooked spaghetti cold and sticking together. The grilled shrimp was boiled and nasty. I should of took note to the crusted over codiment bottles on the table. The health department needs to take a trip here! We won't be back!!
