There are few relationships more meant to be than a beer and a tasty burger. We were pleasantly surprised by the menu. There was lots of options to build your own burger with a variety of cheeses and topping, but we decided to order one of their signature offerings. I can't say no to a patty melt and I was intrigued by their twist of sriracha thousand island dressing. The burger was cooked well and placed on top of a texas toast style bread. I missed the traditional rye that comes with patty melt, but only for a second. The flavors were really great, and the onions were cooked perfectly. The slight spice from the sriracha was a brilliant addition! We also ordered a side of seasoned crinkle cut fries. While they are just frozen fries, they are really well seasoned and came with a little cup of ranch dressing. Our entire meal was really tasty, and the third pound burger and fries were perfectly sized for my husband and me to share with our beers. What was even better than the food was the service. They were friendly when I ordered and the owner made it a point to bring our food to our table. Throughout the evening he roamed the tables to make sure their food was great. He clearly cares about the quality of the food he serves and the experience that it offers. I will certainly keep my eyes out for this food truck while out and about!

I'm a native San Diegoan, and getting some legit street tacos in Tennessee is a dream come true. If you're not used to "authentic" street tacos, know that they are supposed to be "simple". Tortilla, meet, cilantro & onion, and maybe some salsa. Al Pastor should have pineapple too. My favorite thing to order is the "Mexi-can not Mexi-can't" which is three street tacos. I get the Al Pastor, and a side of queso and chips. Their queso is amazing and the chips are the best I have ever had. If you're used to "cheese" and things on your tacos, then I'd recommend ordering the gringo style. You should know that the beans aren't "refried", but seasoned black beans which are delicious but may surprise some people.
