My waitress didn't tell us the specials but I kept overhearing the male waiter tell everyone today's specials and I heard about their new chicken skin. I ordered it to try. They are thin and crispy and half the plate is pickled veggies and some jalapenos. The chicken skin is light and airy, fried crispy with some light seasoning. Worth a try at least once. overall, this is one of the more popular places in Lowell for cambodian food and I can see why. I'm looking forward to my next trip back here. This was our first taste of Cambodian food and we are here for it. I have tried numerous dishes at this place. The rural sour soup with catfish is my favorite there. The broth is so vibrant. The kefir lime leaves give it a beautiful aroma and flavor. The sourness of the broth and the umami (probably from the fish/shrimp paste) is a gift that just won't stop giving. The chunks of catfish take this dish up several notches. The greens are also a great addition and they aren't your typical greens you will find in an American supermarket. These are Cambodian greens. I also liked their pickled mustard green soup with pork ribs and chicken lort noodle. The lort noodles had a great snap to them. Quite unique! Cambodian cuisine is a hidden gem and this place is a great place to try this beautiful cuisine. I recommend giving this place a visit.
