The rice doesn't have the same flavor and the pita bread has been burnt and dried out (2 times now). It also takes forever to get your food. I am so disappointed. Instead, the staff acted as though we were inconveniencing them by simply being there. Customer service was practically nonexistent. The person working the register who appeared to be a manager was especially rude. Rather than handing us our food, they literally slid our order across the counter with no courtesy or professionalism. The atmosphere was just as disappointing. The dining area was filthy. Nearly every table was covered in stains and looked like it hadn't been wiped down since lunchtime. It made the entire restaurant feel unsanitary and uninviting. As for the food, it was what I'd normally expect from CAVA, so no major complaints there. However, the fountain drinks were so watered down that I couldn't distinguish one flavor from another. I'm visiting Nashville on vacation, and this location left a terrible impression. I would absolutely not recommend this CAVA to anyone, and I will never return to this location. There are far too many great places to eat in the area to waste your time and money here.
