This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had at a CAVA. From the moment my family walked in, we were never greeted. Instead, the staff acted as though we were inconveniencing them by simply being there. Customer service was practically nonexistent. The person working the register who appeared to be a manager was especially rude. Rather than handing us our food, they literally slid our order across the counter with no courtesy or professionalism. The atmosphere was just as disappointing. The dining area was filthy. Nearly every table was covered in stains and looked like it hadn't been wiped down since lunchtime. It made the entire restaurant feel unsanitary and uninviting. As for the food, it was what I'd normally expect from CAVA, so no major complaints there. However, the fountain drinks were so watered down that I couldn't distinguish one flavor from another. I'm visiting Nashville on vacation, and this location left a terrible impression. I would absolutely not recommend this CAVA to anyone, and I will never return to this location. There are far too many great places to eat in the area to waste your time and money here. read more

Food Overall, the food was pretty good. Tried the Harissa Honey Chicken and it had some good developed flavors. Also a nice mix of options when building your bowl. Service Service was ok. They kept forgetting the pita for several customers' orders so you first had the main line to order then another line formed afterwards for pita. Ambiance Plenty of seating inside and out. This is the SECOND TIME now we have ordered from this cava and we got NO PROTEIN in our bowls. The first time we went they didn't put any chicken in my bowl and we figured it was a fluke. Annoying but we brushed it off. Tonight however, it happened again. How do you forget the shrimp in a shrimp bowl? How do you forget the chicken in a chicken bowl? I will never know, but honestly I will probably never be back. I'm at the very least done ordering online. This is ridiculous. Also, how are you going to forget the shrimp, and then not even fill the bowl up with lettuce! Or at least give me a good amount of toppings too! read more

So CAVA has great food, but I just stood in front of the line where you order and only one person was working. Four people were standing in the doorway to the back talking. And laughing. There were three customers in the lobby that got their food. After about 5 mins, I just left. What happened? Gone down hill. Portion sizes have gotten so small, especially for take out. The staff is RUDE, speak in a different language with each other often joking and laughing, and do not seem to understand sanitary protocol. Cava always brings it. Nothing like braised lamb. All the ingredients are fresh. This one moves at a high pace, so you need to be ready and know what you want. Clean sitting area. I'll start by saying the food was great. The steak was tender - I only had one piece I couldn't eat. I loved the build your own set up, but also having recipe options to choose from. The staff, however, we're not friendly at all. It was our first time in and we felt extremely rushed. My husband didn't end up loving his bowl because he felt pressured to make quick decisions. There was no one in line. The staff that helped us couldn't have care if we existed. It was very unwelcoming. The staff are either very unkind people or really don't like their job. Either way, management should really consider addressing this. The cafe was not the most clean - there were pieces of pita on the floor, food scattered under tables, and we had to search for a clean table to eat at. The bathrooms weren't much better. Food is good, but my gawd the service is terrible. I've gone a few times and each time is the same. Idk if it's a cultural barrier or what but these guys are just not friendly. And I hate that they don't give you what comes with your food - like if u order a bowl you get pita with it, but I have to ASK each time, and I hate doing that. My order was 13 minutes late from the estimated time and when my bag was handed to me it was smeared with hummus on the outside so it got on my shirt and I didn't realize until I got to my car. They also didn't give me my drink cup so I had to ask for it. However, the bowl was fresh and delicious so I totally get why this place has so much hype. First of all, I've never been treated so nice at any cava (Green Hills is my usual). They welcomed us (loudly and enthusiastically!) with a smile and while they were quick, they did not hurry me or anyone else. They ask how your day is and have conversations as they quickly and efficiently get your order together! The workers seem to really enjoy and appreciate each other. Abrahm and Salah helped us today and they were soooo awesome!! I watched as they helped others the whole time we were eating. The food was awesome just as expected from Cava!! I'd give this place a 5+. Plenty of parking. Plenty of seating-inside and outside. 2 restrooms that were clean. I hope to come back here. We live 3hrs away. read more

While the food is tasty, service is friendly, and there is so many healthy options; this place could do better on cleaning up tables and the soda area. I love this spot. The food is delicious, the drink options are great, flavors and staff are excellent! I just wish they cleaned a little bit more. That is the only reason for 4 stars. The food is great. The people working at this location are truly some of the rudest people I have ever met. I've lived in NYC and Brooklyn. People can be rude in customer service there. CAVA Franklin takes the cake. Not only are they rude, but spiteful. We don't have Cava in MI so when I saw one near my hotel I decided to give them a try. I ordered the chicken and rice bowl which has chicken, arugula, rice , hummus, taziki, tomatoes, and greek vinaigrette. I have been a fan of Cava since 2018 living in NYC. I have been all over the united states and my one tried and true go to place for delicious food is Cava. I just wish there was one closer to where I live now in Columbia TN. However, it was my birthday on 3/12 and I had errands in Franklin. I had gotten a gift card over a yr ago and still had money on it. So I stopped at this location. Cava's app has recently changed and non of the staff or myself could figure out how to USE my remaining money on card. There was a guy behind me so I said, no worries I will just pay and the Mgr came over typed something in the register and gifted me my meal. That was incredible unexpected and kind. I asked her once more before I left if she knew how to get the money off and she didn't but I just wanted to say thank you. You made my day and didn't even know it was my bday! I still need to know HOW to use the remaining money if Cava can reach out but "Shay" and the rest of the staff were awesome and food is always consistently delicious no matter where I am at.
