For that crust it's good to let the corn dog sit for a few minutes because it can burn the roof of your mouth. The inside is nice with 2 TVs playing Korean pop and other videos but there are only 3 tables. The food court has many large group tables outside. It's worth noting they are closed on Sundays, they also close random times so just check their schedule before venturing out there especially if you are driving far. I was driving thru Emeryville on Hollis, and decided to stop and try their dogs. The area was very clean, and I felt pretty safe. The older man running the hotdog cart greeted me, and I asked for a Polish dog. He asked for my toppings and I asked for light mustard, kraut, and raw onions. He told me this hotdog stand has been here about 15 years. He said he usually closes at 4pm. My hotdog was juicy and hot. The bun was fresh and soft. The toppings were neatly placed on the hotdog. There's no parking lot so street parking is your best friend, keep in mind Berkeley is notorious for giving out parking tickets so keep an eye out on the meters or 2 hour parking signs. I highly recommend their milkshakes. I went mango and the guy was nice enough to tell me and get me extra mango, free of charge because otherwise it's just a mild mango. Thank you for that suggestion. Also quick tip, if you are lactose intolerant, get their non dairy option and it will taste the same as a regular milkshake. It's really good. No matter what you get, you can't really go wrong. You can just tell by the line they have out the door. We really hoped for this place because it's conveniently located, and all the other decent burger spots nearby have closed, but sadly we won't be giving 310 Eatery a third try.
