If we could give this ten stars, we would! This was one of our BEST dining experiences in the Naples/Ft. Myers area. FIRST, we have some food allergies in our family, and the server and chef were VERY attentive to these needs. One of us had sushi which was a delight. The clear soup was some of the best we've ever tasted. We also thoroughly enjoyed the ginger dressing on our salads. The hibachi chicken that a few of us ordered was perfectly cooked and seasoned well. We are lovers of yum yum sauce, and it came out in a squirt bottle. That made us ALL happy! If you like something spicy, their homemade chili oil is absolutely AMAZING! One ordered teriyaki chicken and said it was the best ever! The restaurant is small, but we didn't wait long for a table. We went to yummy pretty close to closing time and the staff never made us feel rushed. It was awesome. Could not have made us feel more welcome. The food was delicious. Sushi was fresh and the combo selection was such a great deal. 3 rolls with salad and soup for $23 was perfect. The restaurant is a little small but comfortable. We order there weekly from work. Half order the hibachi lunch and the other half do the sushi. It's family owned and run. The wife is always the sweetest. So I honestly hate to do this because the servers were really very nice, but I have to be honest. Let me start off by saying that the service was excellent! Very friendly and professional and came to check on us multiple times. As for the food, I got a Tonkatsu Ramen and several sushi as well. See photos. The Ramen was pretty good, but honestly nothing to write home about. Sushi was fresh but unimpressive. Maybe I'm just spoiled coming from New York City. That's probably it. There's only one or two top sushi places here in the Fort Myers area that shall remain nameless as I won't promote them here. I really wanted to love this place based on the ratings, but I just think people in Florida are unexperienced when it comes to sushi and Ramen. Disappointed Regulars: Great Food, Broken Seating System Rating: / 5 We've been to Yummy Yummy Asian Kitchen several times and love the food, but our experience tonight was a total mess. We waited 40 minutes for a table after being told to write our names on a blank sheet of paper. Right as a table opened up, a group of three walked in and were seated immediately. We were never told there was anyone ahead of us, and the seating felt completely disorganized. When we finally decided to leave, we were offered carry out instead--after already waiting nearly an hour to sit down! We weren't looking to wait even longer and then drive our dinner home; we just wanted the table we waited for. It's a shame because we enjoy the kitchen, but the front-of-house needs a much better system for their guests. We won't be rushing back. Review Update: Great Food, Hallucinated "Rude Behavior" We have been regulars here for a long time because the food is excellent, but the management of the floor has become a disaster. We arrived and saw a table clearing; a gentleman (who we later found out is named Bob) mentioned he was waiting for it, and we politely agreed and sat on the bench. We waited there for 40 minutes after writing our name on a blank scrap of paper. We were never told there were other parties ahead of us, yet a group of three was seated before us. When we were finally offered 'carry out' as a solution to their seating error, we decided to leave. The most unsettling part: The customer, Bob, who was seated when we arrived, tracked me down online to call me a liar and claim I was 'rude.' I'm not sure how sitting quietly on a bench for 40 minutes is rude, but it's clear this restaurant's disorganized system is creating a very toxic environment. We love the kitchen, but we won't be returning to a place where the 'seating system' is a scrap of paper and other customers feel entitled to harass you for sharing a valid complaint. read more

All of the tables were full when we arrived and it was pretty busy but the young kid taking our order was very nice and gave good suggestions when I asked him what sushi rolls he recommended! The seating area was small but cozy. I ended up getting the Fresh Philly Roll and Godzilla Roll and both were very good! My friend got the Godzilla Roll and the Maki Combo B which also came with soup and salad and she enjoyed everything! Prices were very reasonable, especially for the combo. Delicious lunch. It's a cozy family-owned restaurant. The boss lady is proud to share that the salmon lunch bento is sushi grade. Hibachi shrimp was a nice portion of soy sauce infused rice, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, and zucchini. four or five fat sweet fresh shrimp came with the meal and the waitress was sure to bring us some yummy yummy sauce, which I thought could possibly be mayo, ginger, maybe some honey, and I couldn't quite figure out what else was in there. (My daughter said it was a little bit like French dressing or big Mac sauce, lol) but I have to say it was great on the shrimp! As we were walking out, I heard two other tables ask for the yummy yummy sauce. Beer or wine would compliment all of this nicely, but didn't see it here. Could be the only drawback! Clean fresh ladies room with REALLY funny sign about what not to flush, including leftover salad and your hopes&dreams. This restaurant exceeded my expectations and I will only come back here for more. It's so hard to find a good place for noodles and fried rice! I also tried their yummy ramen it was delicious but next time the pork belly is all mine! Had to end our meal with the best desert: Freshly made fried donuts, are to die for!
