The rice was flavorful, but it was not warm, not heated thoroughly. The chicken lacked depth of flavor. It was cooked plain with a garlic sauce poured on top and a few slices of red sweet peppers. Service was fine. The waitress was very friendly and asked how everything was. I told her the rice was not warm. She offered to fix it. However, I lost my appetite. Casual dining atmosphere.
