"The Manager" Mercedes is friendly but doesn't interact with kids and parents like Lola did. She only sits down behind front desk eats and is on her phone all the time. I have brought my toddlers here a handful of times and we always have a nice experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The place has different options for kids and the music is fun. Visited for the first time a couple of days ago, we thought this place was great! Two hours playing had passed by before we knew it. Staff (one lady) working was friendly and gave us a loyalty card. The playground is appropriate for small children. It's big enough with a lot of activities to be fun, and also nicely laid out that you can supervise your kids without actually having to climb into the tunnels with them. KIDS GET SICK EVERY-TIME THEY COME HERE. Some lady came in with her child and her child had huge visible rashes on her legs, could have been heat rash, but WHO KNOWS. This was a fun alternative to a hot day at the park. My 2 year old grandson had a great time until it began to get crowded. I was surprised they didn't seem to have an age/size limit. We left when a lot of bigger kids showed up and we're running around not watching where they were going. I came here with my son and thought it he would be to little to place here this place is pretty awesome to bring the little ones. My son is only 1yr and he had such a blast here. There's hand sanitizer at the counter to use they have their restroom I saw the employee clean and disinfect toys after he saw kids use them. At the end before leaving my baby even got a balloon. Some parents/ guardians do not come into the main space with kids, staying in the lobby, while others sit with their backs to the kids in the table area. Some of the unsupervised children tackle, pull on, step on, and throw small and large balls at the faces of other children. This is unfortunately unsafe and a bad influence for the other kids. The staff have other duties and do not usually see dangerous activity unless it's brought to their attention. I've seen kids get limbs and feet stuck in several different areas of the play equipment and structures. The space is adequate for a few children but will start to feel crowded quickly. My son enjoys the play place but for the reasons mentioned above, I will not bring him back. It's not safe enough. There are two play area structures and it is not easy for parents to access all areas of each play structure. read more

It's okay. Very small compared to other indoor places we've been to but the kids had fun. The only thing I was really annoyed by was there is nothing blocking off reception area from play area and my 2 year old kept going behind the reception desk. Also their custodial closet is a accordion door with no lock or security on it and he kept going into that also. We took a 9 months old, a 1 year old, and 2 years old here. The place is pretty small but has something for everybody. It has 2 slides and 2 ball pits which my nephew loved. I met Lupita a young lady who works there and she made me feel relaxed and comfortable which is very important to me. My grandson loved it he played for 2 hours and it was lots of fun . I recently took my kids here for the first time. I would never come back. It was dirty. There were kids eating in the play area. Trash left on the kids play tables. A couple days after coming here both my kids and I all got super sick with bronchitis. From previous reviews it seems we aren't the only ones who got sick after coming here. Wish I would have read the reviews before we visited. The place is really small and it was so crowded. Also my two year got his leg stuck in the equipment while trying to get to the slide. Another mom nearby witnessed it and rushed over to help me. Neither of us could get it out at first. He was crying in pain. Luckily after a few attempts I was finally able to get it loose.
