I tried to contact this business multiple times and have received no response. My mom and I did your Warwicks Lair escape room last night and I wanted to send in our experience. We have both been to numerous escape rooms in multiple states and this was by far the most disappointing room we have done. The first concern was the room operator. She seemed to be under the influence of a substance as she was not able to focus on what she was saying. She also didnt seem to be actually watching us play. She took minutes to respond when we were waiting for a hint and the hints themselves were of no help. She would drag out her speech and mumble so we couldn't hear her and when we stated we didn't know what she said she did not repeat or clarify. When we didnt make it she didnt explain what we missed she just said oh sorry you didnt make it do you want a photo. There was an error in the game and she only gave us 5 minutes when it took away 10 minutes of our time. The errors and lack of room maintenance was the second issue we experienced. When we entered there were 2 things open already that hadn't been reset or were broken. The flashlights did not work and if we didn't have our phones we couldn't have seen a thing. So many of the room items were broken that I will list them below: - things on the walls were torn off - wands didn't work - flashlights were too dim and then died - notebook had ripped pages and was in poor condition - vials of water that were supposed to be a code were not filled to the proper number and we spent ten minutes with the wrong code until we asked her specifically and she said oh the last person was supposed to refill them and she stated for the small error she would give 5 minutes. - chewed pieces of gum were stuck on the walls - the locks were all the same which is not fun at all and takes up too much time to figure out which belongs to which code Overall, this was unfortunately the worst escape room I have ever experienced. The lack of maintenance and checks of the room for reset caused affected the overall gameplay. I had read the reviews online and was impressed by the positive response, however our visit did not reflect any of these previous opinions and therefore we were left shaking our heads and with the outcome that we will not return and will not recommend this location. In fact we would highly recommend to stay away from this location. Many things could change the experience to a positive one but that would require the owner of this location to take pride in their operations and provide continuous upkeep and improvements to make the rooms desirable and enjoyable to play. read more

I held my sons 18th birthday here. Reagan was absolutely amazing! She helped with all questions, setting up, and explaining everything . She also called and kept in contact to confirm and make sure everything was going to go smooth and as planned, which it did. The boys had a blast!!! This place is a joke $200 only for the props to Fawlty open exposing the item we were looking for right off the bat. the attendant said sorry oops you weren't supposed to find that yet. Can we get a different room? we were told no unfortunately we couldn't; but if we would like to come back in October, they're going to have a Halloween themed escape room. Had a great team building experience in the submarine, underwater room. We finished with 2 minutes remaining! We had to work together to put everything together and it was great time. I was worried about being claustrophobic the room was surprisingly bigger than I had expected. Staff was great and helped when called upon for clues. They seem to enjoy their job which makes the environment more inviting!! They do a great job! I can't wait to come back with my kids and try the stark room. We are huge Marvel fans. read more

It took the full hour, but we got it done Hint, check everything, including wall and floor coverings. The staff were super helpful and quite understanding of physical (ADA) restrictions. I would give less stars if I could. I worked here and I have to say the owner Adam does not care about his business. he did not care about paying his employees or actually fixing the issues with the rooms themselves. We had multiple issues with the locks on the "iron man" room to the point where the manager (a 17 year old girl) had to scale a wall because the owner Adam wouldn't fix them. Not to mention the fact that they are horribly overpriced, the puzzles don't make sense without hints & the employees are severely underpaid. Oh but on the bright side they do have fun contests where employees can win extra money! Unless you win more than one and then the owner "forgets" about the contest. So you have to get a second job to support yourself and they start taking you off the schedule and fire you because you "abandoned your job" instead of just paying you a livable wage. Don't waste your money. They charge you for the things you "break" as well. here's a little secret: if the employee didn't notice something broken before the last group left & you touch it during your time, they'll say you broke it and charge you for it! Plus none of the rooms are soundproof so you can hear everyone in the other rooms. Find a better escape room. read more

My husband and I came in tonight for a spur of the moment escape room challenge. We were lucky to be able to get in right away. Our room was the Warwick room, it was Harry Potter themed, spells and wands and such. To our surprise it was soooo challenging. Even with hints we still weren't able to complete the room. I've done over 10 different escape rooms and loved every single one. I've escaped every one I've done except for one. I love the feeling of solving a puzzle and seeing something pop open or finding something you've been looking for and knowing exactly what to do with it. I never got that feeling once here. Our group of 7 people wars lost and confused the entire time. Most of the puzzles made no sense and when you got them right, sometimes they didn't even work and you had to do them again. One puzzle, we got the answer correct, but it did nothing because we had to solve like 5 other puzzles first. Horrible design. I've never felt so lost and confused in an escape room l, especially after escaping! Moreover, there were multiple times when we asked for a clue and nobody answered. We had to ask a few times until someone finally responded. Then when they did, you could tell they weren't paying attention because they had to ask if we did this, that, or the other thing before they could actually give us a clue. Horrible service. We did escape on time, but it still sucked. The room we did has so many issues it's not fun. Definitely will not return. (We did the Triton) read more

We just tried their new game, "Triton!" I gotta Say, this one was tough but sooooo much fun!!!! The room design was great and the decor was perfect for the theme. The puzzles were well thought out and really engaging. Our team of three had to ask for a total of four hints, and made it out with 3 mins and 34 seconds to spare! We've done all of the rooms they have to offer, but this was by far the best! Special shout out to our puzzle master Alison (I think) who even reminded my wife that she needed to check her blood sugar in the midst of the excitement! My son just turned 19 today an wanted to do something fun with the family so we went in two groups an spent $250 dollars total just to have some sarcastic tone def prick say the first group of us left the room smelling like feet when the room gets hot an muggy with 4 people in them. And there hints aren't helpful at all to have people just yell at you thru there mics. The hostesses need to find something else to do they ruined our first experience for anything like that an it could have been something really fun with a great hostess like the people from medieval times I'm thinking. Me and my girlfriend came here recently and we had a blast. We chose the Wizard room which had a Harr Potter theme that we both loved since we're fans. I really appreciated all the little details and decor they put into the theme. We were not able to complete the mystery but came very close that we felt proud afterwards. It is rated as Intermediate level which was appropriate, not too hard but not too easy. I did like the challenging puzzles but learned that there is nothing wrong with asking for a hint when we got stuck. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. We plan on coming back again for the other rooms and I will share with people about this place. read more

My boyfriend and I do escape rooms on the regular and we decided to spontaneously try out Impossible Escape for the first time and we did their Stark Lab room. As avid Marvel fans, we definitely had high hopes for this room. Everything seemed good until we were about to be let into our room. Emily (our "game master") seemed to be preoccupied with other things which made our experience horrible. First off, for a Marvel themed room, you best believe people are going to hold high hopes for it since it is a very loved franchise. There should have been more back story to this room to make more sense instead of just, "I'm his new assistant and Stark wants you to help save the world". When it came to the puzzles, if you work best in a linear way, don't do this room! We were able to blow through a lot of the puzzles since we do like to not work in a linear pattern but there were some puzzles that did not make any sense unless you asked for a hint. Another thing that was a very horrible aspect was that these rooms are not completely closed off. You can hear stuff going on outside of the room which does not make great for an immersive experience. Another thing that was like a, "WTF?" was that our "game master" Emily literally said, " I'm going to step out for a few minutes, do you guys need a hint?". Unacceptable. If you are a game master then you must be watching the entire time to see what we are doing so you don't have to ask, "What haven't you guys open?" when we ask for hints, takes more of our time that we paid for. This is by far one of, if not thee worst escape room I have ever experienced which is really upsetting since this place decided to take a theme that they could have gone to great lengths for but botched it completely. 100/10 would NOT recommend. read more

Worst escape room experience by far. The host read from a script and did not make the room seem interesting at all. When you would solve clues they were misleading and would lead to nothing. We won the room, but we were confused as to why we did. THE WORST PART was the decorations. They were already faulty and falling apart. One of us lifted up a candle stand that was already broken and the top of the candle fell to the ground and broke on the ground. The workers charged him $25 because it broke. They would not listen to his explanation. They would not let us speak to a manager. It was like they set people up to get charged extra fees. We should have been refunded our entire payment for how we were treated by the staff, not have to pay extra for their cheap decorations. I would not recommend this escape room and we will never return. read more

Do not purchase unless you are comfortable losing the money should an emergency happen. I will update the review when I either have a chance to visit or hear back from the customer service. I purchased five entries, 2 adults and 3 children for the submarine room. We weren't able to make the reservation back in April 2022 because of a family emergency. I called and they said I can reschedule anytime which is true, but with our situation it doesn't seem like we will be visiting anytime soon. I paid significantly more for a Sunday visit, so I did not want to schedule for a weekday which would mean losing money, plus they do not refund anything. Well... we haven't visited because my stepdad is still very sick and it's terminal. When I called to explain that my younger sisters were not feeling up to celebrating because the bad news the employee said the manager would call me back to see if I could do a refund, but I never got the call back. The "no refund policy" is very stringent and a huge turn off. I don't think I'll even be able to enjoy this place when we do actually find the time and spirits to do something "fun". I'm giving it one star for now. The employee I spoke with was vey kind but I never got a resolution, and they kept my $160 even though else never visited. read more

Where do I start. I did come here about three years ago and I was disappointed then so I thought I'd try again and disappointed again. We went to the wizards lair. You could tell that there was many props that were broken. The props them selves are really cheesy too. They're gonna follow over or they look like they came from a thrift store. There were things written on a piece of paper pretty much again all the props were in poor shape. The premise was OK, but it is though all their electronic locks have broken and they just slapped a padlock on it with a lock. I feel like I was in the old days when they first started escape rooms and all they did was little wooden chest with locks on them. There must've been about 8 to 10 of them or even more. The gentleman that was helping us was really flat as though we needed to defibrillator and didn't help us very much plus as we walked out he said sorry Bye even though we actually got out. I don't recommend you spend your money hopefully this place can get their act together because it looks like they're trying, but they need help maybe because they're in an area and they haven't researched enough to actually have a good escape room. read more

We were being treated pretty unfairly and the assistant manager was very unprofessional. we asked for a refund at first the owner was being very communicative but then when my friend tried calling about the refund and free game that was promised the calls were not answered or returned. The puzzles however were pretty impossible to solve. My fiancé and I are avid escape gamers, we went with a group not as experienced and we were just as lost as they were. For being local my family and I agreed it was a lot of fun! We did the Royal Suites. A few cons: The picture on the website of the room did not look anything like the room. I brought my elderly dad and I assumed the picture on the website depicted the room which showed a couch to sit on but there actually was no couch in there. Secondly the roof was open so you can here other people that were not in our game talking, This definitely killed the whole vibe of it being real. The lighting could've been a little darker; again to make it feel more "real". Pros: The game was fun; it was hard at times and easy others which gave it a great escape room. We did escape but not without the help of multiple hints. I almost felt like we should've had a limit on the hints we got but there was no limit. The host was very kind and Welcoming.
