I went to the location in (Webster) and they didn't have a specific employee to take care of me for my specific need, so I was sent to the (league city) location. You have to try everything once, right? Plus, Sigrid, a older lady took great care of me with a amazing 1st wax. She talked to me through out the process and gave professional guidelines to follow. It did hurt being it was my 1st but I was happy and sore lol with the results. I was giving a promo deal and one specific area to be waxed for free, which was a plus for me. At 12:09, the door opened, and another customer was leaving. The time we were waiting, we thought no one was here. Due to the lateness, the aesthetician should have kindly apologized and let us know that she was still with a customer and would be doing our service soon. This time, it was not a good experience. I felt uncomfortable, and she was not friendly enough to get me in relax mode. In the future, I will stick with making my appointment with Danielle. The good thing is they did give a $10 credit.
