I walked in late one afternoon and met with Fred, who despite it being close to closing time, helped me browse thru about 12 boxes of all different varieties of wedding invitations. I settled on one, and began the process. Zep worked with me from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, and was always available to take my calls and promptly answer my emails - despite the fact that I was 3 time zones away for most of the process. She had great ideas for wording and font styles, but most of all, she was always upbeat and very patient with me. My order was quick to be processed, and I finally got to actually meet Zep when I picked everything up. She was great in showing me how to assemble the different components of the invitations and the best way to present the invitation within the envelope. I found what I needed right away, very friendly service (also got a rave on the Italian place next door we picked up a menu for) & got in and out quickly. I can't speak for prices on anything else but I felt my 40 security envelopes for $2.89 pre-tax was fair enough. I'll bet Staples would have charged me more.
