"Grilled" Cheese Dippers that clearly weren't grilled

We ordered dinner for three here a couple of weeks ago - I can't even begin to tell you how inedible the sandwiches were... Neither "grilled cheese" order was grilled. It was bread with slightly melted cheese - looked like it had been melted in a microwave. Totally inedible. The Italian had so much dressing on it that the bun was soggy and fell apart. Again, inedible. The soup was just okay -barely warm. How much did we pay for this inedible meal? $58. I contacted corporate and received an email reply within 48 hrs saying that the Mall Rd. location would be contacting me about a refund, however, I have not heard a word from Mall Rd. I contacted corporate again and never heard back. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

Sweet Thai Chicken Salad, Chicken Tortilla Soup, French bread

I enjoyed my lunch at Zoup. I love a lunch combo so I had the Try2 which allows you to combine options from their soups, salads, sandwiches, and mac and cheese. I chose the Chicken Tortilla soup and the Sweet Thai chicken salad. Both were very good. I loved that they will let you sample a couple of different soups before you order, that's a really nice option. The crew behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable. It's very pricey for what you get. Over $15 for small portions of soup and salad and a plain iced tea is a lot for a fast casual place. If I'm eating with plastic utensils I feel like I shouldn't be paying sit down restaurant prices! Overall I had a good experience and I will probably be back but it won't be on my regular rotation due to the somewhat poor value.

This was my first visit to Zoup and it was great. You walk in and you can try samples of all the soups they offer. Some of these soups are broccoli cheddar clam chowder fire roasted tomato bisque and many others. They also offer sandwiches and salads. I ordered the flight of soup which you can get three different soups at once. What a great idea. I tasted chicken pot pie lobster bisque and stuffed pepper. My favorite stuffed pepper soup which has beef peppers and rice This place is perfect cold wintery rainy days.

I was taken here for a quick lunch. Zoup! is a quick service soup, salad, and sandwiches restaurant. Soups are made fresh daily. Six soups stay the same. An additional six soups rotate daily. Much like ice cream, Zoup! will give you a sample before deciding on a flavor/ soup. Soups are labled with cards informing guests if a soup is vegan, vegetarian, gluten free or dairy free. Soups may be ordered in four different sizes. Sandwiches and salads may also be ordered in different sizes. A pick two options is also available. While trying to decide, I tried several of the soups. All were chalk full of vegetables, chicken, or both. The soup I finally settled on was the lemon chicken basil. The lemon and basil flavors were light in this cream base soup. Chicken was the star of the soup. It was a close tie between this and a vegetable soup, with kale and quinoa. Soup comes with a choice of multi grain or french bread. Multi grain bread has a slightly crisp crust, while the inside is soft. I went with the pick two option. I also ordered the vegetable wrap. Vegetables were fresh. All but the mushrooms that is. Those were marinated. Drink options include fountain beverages, or a selection of organic juices and teas. Dessert options are also available.

Jamaican Bay Gumbo and the Southwest Turkey! Yum

Great variety here! Very accommodating to allow us to try several soups! The staff was amazing! We will definitely be back.

It is located in a Kroger strip mall area but is slightly higher class than what one might think when they hear that. It was a weird off-peak time so it was no issue getting seated right away and service was pretty good. We started our late lunch and our vacation with a cocktail, both of which were pretty tasty! I wanted to make sure I got some veggies in me before a week+ of vacation eating, so I got a side salad, which was pretty ample for a side! I also got the mushroom ricotta dip appetizer as a "meal" and it was pretty delicious! Cheese, mushrooms and carbs...you can't go wrong with that in my opinion! We had an okay time, and we were able to dawdle and not be rushed. It wasn't our first choice on the day and likely wouldn't be at another time, but it was more than decent as a secondary/back-up choice for a place to eat.

The restaurant was clean and modern and had a great menu selection. The kids meals are $8 and come with a drink and side. I liked that they were really food just kids size versions. We had the sliders and chicken and waffles. On the adult menu we tried the cod dinner, hot honey chicken sandwich and pretzels and beer cheese. They also had a great selection of desserts.

We were probably seated. Our server was extremely sweet and helpful with recommendations. They have an extremely large selection of different types of beer. You can get samples as well. We opted for the kettle chip nacho Thai appetizer and it was delicious. The chips were fresh. They weren't overly crunchy. It was cooked perfectly. Lots of toppings and the fries were well seasoned and fried perfectly. Hubby opted for the burger with peanut butter on it as he can never say no to a good peanut butter burger. It had lots of flavor was juicy cooked perfectly and for his side, he chose the sweet potato tater tots, which comes with caramel dipping sauce, and those were hands-down, the best sweet potato tots either one of us have ever had absolutely love this place and the Ford nostalgia decor. Not the bubbly welcoming sort. I questioned myself if i made the right choice for a quick lunch. Thankfully I was paired with a waitress who smiled, welcomed me and really listened to what I wanted. I ordered the fish and chips (still coming off of Lent...habit, I guess). I was pleasantly surprised. I expected frozen and flashed fried pieces. What I was served were three delicately beer battered sustainably farmed swai... good sized and delicious! The accompanying fries were fantastic as well. My only suggestion if you get bothered by loud noise while dining is to be seated away from the tvs. Bathrooms are clean and walkways are not greasy sticky. I'll be back to try other items on there extensive menu!

While traveling in northern Kentucky, he stumbled upon one of these places, The Farmstand Market & Cafe. Farmstand offers comfort food with a farm-to-table focus served in a cozy space with a bar and attached market. We started with the Goetta Hanky Panky Dip. This was made with cheesy goetta, bagel chips, pumpernickel bread, and light rye served in a cast iron skillet. The dip had a good sausage flavor with salt and some light spice while being cheesy, creamy, and full of flavor. The bagel chips were very crispy but were not served warm. The pumpernickel and rye were dry. Each complimented the dip, adding texture to the bite. My wife had the Reuben Sandwich. This sandwich came with sliced corned beef, homemade Thousand Island, pickled pig sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on light rye with bacon ranch pasta salad. The pasta salad was cooked spot on while also being creamy. The bacon added crunch and saltiness to the salad. The rye had a great toast, and the Thousand Island was tangy and creamy. The pastrami was dry but had a good salty flavor. The sauerkraut was crunchy and had a good sour flavor cutting through the salty meat and the sweet dressing. The cheese was gooey and nutty and added flavor to each bite. I sampled the French dip sandwich and Mulligatawny soup. This was prepared with a sliced top round with provolone on a French roll. The soup was prepared with rice, chicken, carrots, onions, celery, lentils and spices. The chicken was very tender, the rice was cooked well, and the vegetables added texture to the rice. The soup was flavorful, had a wonderful aroma, and had a good salt content. The top round was thin and offered good flavor and chew. The roll was fresh and had a good chew paired with the ooey and gooey cheese with an excellent buttery flavor. The au jus had good flavor but was slightly salty, which overpowered it. Farmstand offers grilled cheeses, hot sandwiches, burgers, salads, appetizers, soups and main entrees. They also serve beer and have a full bar. The servers were pleasant and knowledgeable.
