I am embarrassed to admit I have been hitting this shop weekly for over a year and just now getting around to writing a review! Basically put, as in its name, they do have a good variety of sandwiches offered, but I am usually there for the salads or soups/chili. I have yet to be disappointed in any of the products they offer. My salads and soups are always fresh, pretty darned tasty and since I order on their app, its waiting for me when I walk in the door (to the point that a few employees recognize me). Oh.. the cookies! How could I forget the cookies? Very tasty both the individual as well as the bag of 12 minis... funny how those sneak into my ordering routine! Potbelly makes a decent sandwich. The wheat bread looks nicer than say a Subway wheat bread. From toasting, bread had a crunch on the outside while being soft on the inside. Bits of grains are throughout the bread. As you can probably tell, the bread is my favorite part of a Potbelly sandwich. The rest is fine. Here, they do go heavy on the mayonnaise, yet light on produce, and mustard. Only two small slices of tomato were on the sandwich. I do wish produce was more robust. There is a "pick you pair" option that includes a option of sandwiches, salads, or soups. I believe mac and cheese is also an option. Each is a half portion. read more

This is a fantastic sandwich shop that you might miss unless you're looking for it. The outside of the shop may be understated (although they do have an outside eating area) the inside of it is awesome. I took many pictures of the cool things in it but as always firsthand is always the best way. They have lots of cool sandwiches as well as some other stuff on their menu so let's have a look at what I got.... The Wreck What Is It: A big ole sandwich that comes with salami, turkey, ham, roast beef, and swiss. Presentation: The packaging is so awesome here and the food looks great too. Perfect marks here. 10 out of 10 Taste/ Final Analysis: The sandwich was a lunch meat heavy sandwich. They put pretty equal amounts of each lunch meat on there with the roast beef being my favourite. The swiss works well on there as well. Was greeted by a young friendly young lady who made my sandwich, moved down the line to another young lady who added toppings and then further down the line to pay. All the ladies were friendly and nice! I ordered the ham and swiss with everything. Next time I'll order the sandwich without the oil as the wax paper became super greasy and wasn't appealing. Strawberry Oreo malted shake hit the spot. No dessert needed! Although they had these super cute two pack of mini cookies, under 100 calories, for sale. Pretty disappointed honestly. I haven't done a yelp review in probably 10 years but felt compelled to after eating here. I ordered "A Wreck" sandwich, which has about 4 or 5 different meats on it. I also asked for lettuce, onions and pickles with deli mustard. Open my sandwich and there is no pickles, but there is tomato. Pretty confusing since it's written right on the bag what I wanted on the sandwich. No big deal, just took the tomato off. Unfortunately it really never got better from there. I actually had to look to see that there was in fact 5 different meats. The slices are razor thin and you get precisely 1 of each of them. The deli mustard must have exploded when being put on my sandwich, the last 1/4 I just threw away there was so much in it. Aside from the copious amount of deli mustard all you got for flavor was bread. Used the restroom as I was leaving to wash my hands of all the mustard and it smelled like a busy pub on a hot summer day on spring break. read more

The décor is awesome and creates a nice atmosphere to enjoy your meal. Staff was friendly. The meat and other ingredients were fresh and tasted good, for what you get. Soup was good but way more pricey for the amount you get. The cookie was amazing and priced low enough to almost make up for the other prices. Overall, it was an okay experience, however I felt like it was an overpriced version of Quiznos. In the future, if we are in a sandwich mood, we will most likely opt for Which Wich down the street. read more

Ok. Dating a picky eater isn't always fun. But we can always agree on Potbelly for lunch. The salads are awesome for those of us on a diet. A great value and have always been fresh and delicious with bite sized toppings so you don't spend half your time hacking into the salad with a plastic knife just so you can fit the stuff in your mouth. I'm told the sandwiches are also lovely and they make really tasty fresh milkshakes. My favorite part is the tiny cookie they put around the milkshake straws. They have random live music which is hit or miss. Alot of times the music is turned up too loud regardless so don't go there for an intimate conversation. read more

It's amazing this place is listed as fast food. Calling this Potbelly's location fast food is an oxymoron. Please tell me how a food business can survive by only staffing 3 people during the lunch hour rush. It's like they were blindsided that lunchtime starts at 12 noon everyday. It took 27 minutes to get a sandwich... not due to the crowd but due to the lack of staff. The cashier walked away and went back to make sandwiches and waited until the line to check out backed up to 8 people deep. At that time she proceeded to check people out again. It's no wonder they're offering BOGO offers on their receipts to try to entice return customers. If they would just staff accordingly, their business wouldn't need the gimmicks to keep consumers coming back. read more

So grossly overpriced I cant believe they have any customers! Yesterday, I was charged $4.50 each for 2 kids pb&j = $9.00! Crazy! My bill for 2 whole sandwiches and 2 half sandwiches w/ 4 bags of chips was $37. After complaining, the cashier reduced my kids pb&j down to $2.49 each.... still, they were 1/2 of a sandwich and one was just pb - no jelly! BTW - the little kids table in the corner is nasty! Cute place. A little confusing as to the menu/process for a first timer. The menu is way up on the wall and as a shorter person, I don't like standing with my head wayyyy tilted back. Yum! I was really surprised by this sandwich shop. I came here under the recommendation of my friend and got an absolutely delicious roast beef sandwich. Their bread is so good and they toast it along with the meat and cheese. They don't have a huge selection of toppings but they're pretty fresh and tasty. Along with the sandwich I got an ice cream sandwich! They take any of their delicious cookies and make an ice cream sandwich out of them. Went here for lunch while on business. Nothing special here about the food. Just another sandwich shop. The staff was very nice, especially the lady at the register. She always has a smile on her face. The price wasn't bad at all. Would rate it higher but the sand which is just a normal sub shop sandwich. I tried the turkey and cheese lite sandwich. The bread was dry and hard, turkey was this processed thin sliced cheap stuff that you normally buy from the supermarket in a plastic container. Definite not a quality product you would expect for the price that they charge. My biggest peeve is that you cannot buy a hot drink, no coffee, no tea, no hot chocolate. When I asked if they had hot water of a microwave the replied only hot water that came from the tap, During the winter it is nice to have a warm beverage with your meal, give the people what they want. I will not go there again. Subway at least has coffee for their patrons. read more
