Located conveniently in the Columbia Mall on the lower level by Nordstrom. I've been trying to leave a review for this location on Yelp for months!! I'm the true Definition of a girly- girl. I love all things that sparkle. Every time I go to the Columbia mall here in Columbia, MD I can't wait to browse through this store. Zgallerie has the nicest items!! I love all the portraits for the wall, furniture, accessories etc. Sometimes I just walk in to look and browse the store. Helpful staff as well. My favorite furniture store. I always like looking around in z gallerie. This one has the typical interesting merchandise. Not a fan of blank percent off signs everywhere. It would be much easier if they just marked the merchandise down to the sale price. I think it makes a store seem cheap when every shelf has 50 or 70% off than an additional 20%. read more

i tried to return items my 81 year old mother purchased prior to going into the hospital. She spent 55 days in hospital and rehab and I by her side or helping her Mideical, property and financial affairs. After getting her settled in a senior living facility I finally was able to go to the Mall to return items she bought prior to her catastrophic medical issues. I was told no refund was possible. She'd have to take a store credit she'll never have the chance to spend. Such coldness By the management. read more

WARNING -- DO NOT BUY! I wish I could give this store zero stars but this site won't allow me. In Nov. 2020 I order two custom accent chairs retailing for $1,300 each. The chairs were delayed by 5 months (arriving in April 2021). One of chairs arrived damaged. 5 months later, in September 2021 the replacement chair arrived more damaged than the original. I just love, love, LOVE this store!! I'm not sure how I lived here all of these years and was not in the "know" on this magical find. Every single layout is done to perfection. From their infamous wall art, floor vases, couches and down to the table settings, their selections are plentiful and you can always be assured that you'll find something in there to fit your on personal style. It's a lot of sparkly glass mixed with bling but who doesn't need some form of bling in their lives? I purchased glasses, vases, decorative flowers, and ALL of my wall art from them. I'm officially addicted to this spot, they have timeless pieces that not only you will enjoy for years but they will relevant in your home for years to come as well. Super modern, very chic and the selection & variety is consistently updated with even more fabulousness. This store has almost all of your home decor needs, it can be overwhelming as you just might want to buy some of everything but pace yourself because the prices can get steep but it's never out of context with the quality. They do have a markdown section in the far right back where you can luck up with some decent find. I ordered a table in March, with a 10 day delivery status. I don't get any emails with updates or the actual table so I've called customer service within 10 days. They proceed to say they will check and get back to me. No one reaches out so I call yet again within a couple days - get the same answer. So I wait - however yet again no one reaches out. I finally call once more and they tell me it's showing it will be delivered in 3 weeks. (At which point 3 weeks already had gone by so I have to wait another 3 weeks). Once the 3 weeks go by I yet again hear nothing so follow up - I have the director of customer service telling me the exact same lie and to wait another 2-3 weeks. At this point I've been waiting close to two months WITH NO END in sight. I haven't been able to order another table as I'm being held with this one by extending 1-2 weeks each time. At this point I can reorder the table for a 30% discount and it's showing a faster delivery. They won't honor the discount currently going on on their site nor deliver my table. WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Cannot say enough bad things at how disrespectful they have been. read more

Worst business I've ever dealt with as a consumer. I never received one item and the other arrived damaged and they won't return it or do anything about the item I never received. Their customer service reps are disgraceful. Do yourself a favor and don't bother - look elsewhere. read more

Service is store was fine. However, we ordered a couch in early July. Delivery was promised in late July- early August. We contacted them in early August, mid August and early September and each time were promised that delivery was happening soon. In mid-September they started promising that delivery would occur in mid-October. They would not refund my purchase. DO NOT buy anything except floor items from this store, you will never get them read more
