We purchased the couch and love seat thinking that the materials would be all leather. The salesman said the back of the sofa is vinyl, which really didn't matter because it is against a wall. What he failed to explain was that between the cushions is also vinyl. He even went over the kind of leather we wanted. The vinyl began to split after 2 1/2 years making the couch look horrible. I called the Sofa Store and was told it was vinyl and if we wanted to have it fixed it would cost minimum 200 for the material, plus the amount for the person to install it. I asked for the manager, was given the owner and explained my problem. She didn't back up their product, didn't offer any kind of compensation for an inferior product, and basically said if you want it fixed this is what you're going to have to pay. I sent her pictures showing the damage and still nothing. She wouldn't even give us free shipping on the new leather. We spent close to $3,500 for an inferior product - never again will we purchase anything from the sofa store. I cringe every time I see an ad for them. Buyer beware at the Sofa Store. UPDATE..... Jason, the owner called me today and apologized for our experience and said it was unacceptable how the repair was handled. He has made it right and it has renewed my experience with the Sofa Store. Because of Jason going out of his way to make us happy, we will, when the need arises consider going back to the store. He stands behind his products.

The salesperson, a female, was rude, loud and uncompromising, refused either an exchange for refund saying they were now dirty and infected despite we assured her that they had not been used. As we insisted, she grew extremely belligerent and demanded quite loudly we leave the store. We have appealed to the corporate office, submitted a complaint to the BBB, and will consider taking our case to court. Our advice is to avoid this store noting the abysmal customer service by this one ill- tempered employee.

My sales guy walked me through some options based off my budget and aesthetic. I ended up getting a brand new chair that was initially $600 for $200. These were chairs ordered for an office but when the pandemic hit, order was canceled as the offices closed. You can also find desks and work out equipment here. Not sure if they do any shipping. We were able to fit my chair in my car perfectly.
