My wife was looking online for a Elephant Piggy Bank for our grandsons birthday and found a beautiful one at a reasonable price at Z Gallerie. We didn't realize there was a store in Orlando Florida near the Millennium Mall so we called them to see if they had one in stock and at the same price. Since I had to go into Orlando today for a business lunch I decided to call. The woman who answered the phone said she would check to confirm they had one available and also said she would gladly hold it for me. The store was easy to find and when I went inside I saw many nice things including one of the elephant banks on display. It actually was nicer than I expected. As promised they had one at the counter waiting for me in a beautiful gift box and after I purchased it they put it in a fancy bag so the box wouldn't get damaged. They also gave me the 20% discount that was available online for first buyers. I was very happy with my purchase and very happy with the customer service and may return to get another Elephant Bank for my other grandson. read more

The first time you go in this store, you're like "wow, what an awesome store". On each subsequent visit, the wow factor definitely changes and it feels it doesn't change much. Prices are usually high for what they have, but if you're looking for something different, it's definitely worth a stop, but it's not someplace you can keep going to over and over unless you don't mind the lack of product changes. Service is lacking and if you do need help, it can be troublesome to get some. I think I bought a gift here a while back and it wasn't an easy process to get the gift and check out. I've shopped at Z Gallerie for YEARS since they've been in the Millenia Mall. I haven't had issues with any of the products I've bought and they're still statement pieces. My review is 100% about their customer service. I went in today to buy my holiday tableware pieces and was not greeted at the door. There was an employee at the front on his cell phone. I was browsing and needed help locating an item and had to go to the counter to find help. There were four ladies at the counter who did not acknowledge me or anything. I literally stood there at the counter with an item waiting for help for about 6 minutes until I asked an associate if someone can please help me. She was ringing a customer up and said she'll help me in a second. I let her know that I had a quick question and anyone could help me. The other three ladies proceeded to ignore me. I don't know if it was because of how I was dressed or how I look or maybe they assumed I wasn't going to buy anything but I have never felt so disrespected. I don't know what the purpose of ignoring me was since I did buy items today. That store is not worth my money and sadly they're the only one in Orlando. read more

Piss poor customer service. I knew exactly what I wanted but needed some help. I took my heavy boxes up to the register where 4 people were working. One guy, just standing there, says "we'll be with you in a moment." He then folds his hands and says "how can I help you?" all snotty like while I'm about to drop boxes. He eventually takes the boxes, after my teen daughter offered to take more off my hands (she was also holding boxes). He sighed heavily while grabbing something for me. I love the accent pieces that Z Gallerie offers but the customer service at this location can really be improved. The past 2 visits I had, I was never greeted or asked if I needed help. In one instance, I asked an associate if an item that I wanted was in a different color, he just pointed to the showroom piece and seemed bothered that I even had the nerve to ask him a question. I've had an item that I ordered online that arrived defective but I was able to return for a refund.I found the same mirror at city furniture for way cheaper. I would probably avoid buying custom furniture or any big pieces as there are way too many issues with customer service not being helpful with damaged/defective items. read more

They are good to send you emails two times a day regarding their incredible discounts, but then if you I have a problem you have to pay for your return (mine was expensive than my item) and cherry on ice for some items returned they apply also a drop in value of 25 % !!!! Always more.... Also they sold articles sold out, and they sent you an email one week after your payment saying the item is not anymore in their stock. I enjoyed, as I always do at a Z Galleria, the aesthetic and the merchandise. For me this store is an amazing inspiration for both design and for art. The eclectic styles mixed with classic pieces is a fun way to jazz up a space while also keeping it functional. That being said I have to agree with other reviewers that the price point can be rather high on regularly priced items. The location is huge. Each section has its own setup and vibe, which is decorated with pieces that match the furniture and the popular designs of the "now". You'll find a clean line couch and ottoman matched with a coffee table made of reclaimed rustic wood topped with a gold glitter deer head for decor. The next section over could be a dining room table with an aqua theme and nautical decor. It really just depends in the lines of the moment. There is a great art section located over to the far left hand side when you walk in and I highly recommend taking a look. There are some great inspiration pieces there. I usually wait for a decent sale to get anything here, so the price is more reasonable. Otherwise it's a great place to get your design juices flowing and get some ideas. Overall: A Great designs and inspiration can easily be found here! It may be pricier, but they do have good sales, so keep an eye out. read more

Will not be purchasing here again. At the store, I asked them if they had the desk, I was interested, in stock. They said it was in stock. At the register, I asked them if I could pickup the desk. No, because the warehouse is in Atlanta. When I was rung up, I noticed about a $200 difference in cost and was told that it was the delivery charge. Surprised they wouldn't tell me that at the beginning, since the delivery charge was about 30% the cost of the desk. After I put my card through, I was told that delivery would take 2-4 weeks. I couldn't understand this, since they said that it was in stock, it is coming from Atlanta, which isn't far away, and am paying a premium for this delivery. 2 weeks later, I get a call from someone (Zgallerie or the delivery company) that the earliest they can schedule is on Saturday between 4PM - 7PM. I agreed. I thought best case, they deliver early in this timeframe or worst case, they deliver at 7PM making me a little late for dinner with friends. At about 6:30PM, I called the delivery company, but it seems they don't take calls on the weekends and the voicemail was full. At 7:15, I decided that they were not coming and left for dinner. Later, I noticed that they did leave me a voicemail at almost 8PM stating that they were 25 minutes away. Not sure why they didn't call me before the end of the scheduled delivery timeframe ? The next day, I called ZGallerie to reschedule the delivery, as well as expressing my frustration that I had to wait at home for 3 hours for nothing and without a courtesy call. The employee stated that they would find out what happened and call me back. Never received a call back. The following day, I again called ZGallerie Orlando and spoke to a manager. This time the response was that they "don't deal with the delivery company, so you need to call them". The level of professionalism and courtesy that I experienced throughout this purchase was disappointing. I would not recommend ZGallerie and would not purchase there again. read more

On Jan 10 -2023 We went to the Millennia Mall Location in Orlando and had the privilege to meet Richard as he greeted us in the store. He was very helpful during our purchase of 3 piece couch and picture . I've been to several furniture stores and I have to say working with Richard went way above of beyond normal protocol that you just don't see anymore . In fact the picture we bought wouldn't fit in our suv and richard took it upon himself without hesitation to personally deliver to our home. I wish there was more people like Richard in customer service . Because this world would be a better place . And I recommend anyone to go see Richard for the best buying experience of all . My sister told me about this store, she had been to one in New Jersey, I was looking for a birthday gift. I have never heard of the company or even realized the location existed. The store is very nice and the employees were great and very helpful. I honestly thought everything was going to be way overpriced but it was not too bad. I purchased a set of owls, when I first saw them I thought they were going to be over $50 but they were only $19.95. When we didnt know where to find one in the mall, we immediately turned to each other and blurted out "Z GALLERY" This store is amazing. I find so many things that I want, so many things that I need. The price point is lower than pottery barn, and the pieces are more modern without being weird. This store is laid out really well, and the staff is super helpful. I usually frequent the location in the Tampa area at the International Plaza, however, I found myself in Orlando this weekend and came across this stand alone gem near the Mall at Millenia. I was intrigued that it was in a shopping plaza as opposed to a store within a mall, so I decided to stop. I will preface that I have purchased many items in my house from this place along with many novelty items they sell as gag or joke gifts for myself and others. This location did not disappoint. They had a great selection of clearance items, novelty items, and unique home décor items. This company has no integrity. I placed an order in November 2020 and waited until late March early April for a cabinet. I spent over $20,000 on furniture. I finally called them to find out where the other cabinet was on deliver. They informed me that I needed to pay an additional $107 so they could order and deliver this cabinet. How ridiculous is that? No one bothered to call me or email me. I told them I wanted to talk to a manager or the CEO. No one called me. We bought our couch just over 3 years ago and since last August I have been having a problem with their warranty company. Our couch last July started making a Creaking noise every time your body shifted or you went to get up from the couch.... fast forward a month and the noise got louder. Keep in mind the couch was still under warranty when we reached out to them multiple times and went to the store to try to get the solution fixed. They sent a tech out and because everything looks "up to standard" they said they will not fix it even though the tech stated she did hear the noise. If this is their standard for there expensive couch then I will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from them ever again. For this quality I could have gotten a nicer couch off of Amazon. read more

Do NOT do business with this company! I placed an order for a "custom" bed. Most of their orders are "custom" so that you cannot cancel after they keep delaying your order for months. Their website did not allow you to select fabric choice so I put it in notes section for the order and CALLED customer service to confirm the order. After calling multiple times to status the order and it being delayed time after time. I waited almost 4 months for the bed. When they sent email confirming delivery details it was the WRONG fabric choice. They agreed to cancel my order and refund my money and after waiting two weeks now they are saying they will NOT return my money since it was a "custom" order. Save yourself the time and aggravation. Soooo disappointed! I went to this store because I found they have nice contemporary furniture and prices are relatively ok but I was not counting with the worst customer service experience of my life! I actually bought a sectional from them, I took pictures from my family room, explained in detail to the salesperson how I wanted the sectional to face, I explained in my own words where I wanted my arm to rest, etc, I spent almost 2 hours in the store making sure everything was alright, cause I know how most of this furniture stores are if you need a replacement, return, etc. Well, first of all from the day of my purchase in store they gave me about a month of wait until delivery; I was not crazy about that but said ok, btw this is after you pay $170 for the service. The. They call me to arrange delivery and they actually show up at the last hour of the delivery window, which btw they don't offer options, is what they give you and u take it or leave it. Now the fun started: they sent me the wrong configuration. I had to keep the furniture and immediately call the store, the store says u have to call customer service, we can't help u now. Fine. Customer service says I need to send them pictures of the furniture. Done. 4 days later no answer. I called them back they say they never got the pics. I'm like, are u sure? Cause I sent them immediately; they, oops, find them in the trash, take a deep breath; now they say they have to contact the store and have them tell them it was their mistake like I'm explaining and I have to again wait. They call me the next day to day the store is not taking responsibility and they are not going to change the configuration for me. I reply I want to return this and get my money back. They say: well ok but we won't refund u the delivery fee, we will keep 10% of the price PLUS tax and we will call u again for arranging pick up. I am furious at this point, disappointed, sad, specially cause I have this furniture I cannot use in the middle of my living room, making sure my kids don't touch it and now they tell me they are going to pick up the earliest in 2 WEEKS. WELL, safe to say NEVER going back there, and was planing to do my entire house furniture with them. The staff at Millennium, Orlando are nice enough especially Kristine. My dissatisfaction comes from the customer service. Specifically , the guidelines set by Corporate. The staff cannot help you carry your stuff you just paid mega bucks for out to your car. Next when you place an order because it is not in the store, although it is displayed, they do not offer to mail the item to your home, but call you to pick it up and ask you to bring someone with you to help you place it in your car. Also, an item goes on sale 7 days after you purchased it at regular price, but they will not give you a price difference unless you bring them the item back...really they have it in their system, and I have my receipt. read more

Resulting in cracks in the middle section of the support seat. Reported to customer service. It was out of a very short warranty time and they would not stand by their product or fix. So since I have lived here I have frequented Z Gallerie for picture frames and other decorative thingy-ma-bobs. I guess Yelp is not the proper place to put this, but I am going to anyways. This store is starting to slack in the past year. Everything seems to becoming cheaper and less creative. For instance, I used to go here for picture frames that were hand crafted, painted and had a great deal of style. Now I go in there and it is the same looking as if I walked into a Target. I will NEVER again buy anything from this store. They have the the most unfriendly customer service. Couple of months ago, I bought a huge mirror. The mirror was among a lot of other mirrors and I just showed the sales person want I wanted. After a huge delay the mirror was delivered. When my handyman came to mount it on the wall, we realized that the mirror was too heavy to be mounted on the wall. On the back of the mirror was a sign indicating it. Nobody in the store draw my attention that this mirror could not be mounted on the wall. I called customer service and explained to them that I wanted to have a mirror which I could mount on the wall and it was not safe for me since I have two kids. I told them that they should give a store credit so i could buy something else and I would pay for pick up. Their answer was NO. They said that they would send a kit to attach the mirror to the wall to prevent it from falling, which I have never received. Horrible customer service. I bought a bed and when I tried putting it together, the screws didn't fit the bed. They sent me new screws that still didn't work and after that told me its my problem. I now have a $1600 bed that I paid for and can't use. It's in piece in my bedroom. All I wanted was for them to see that they sold me a defective bed so that they could repair or replace it but they wouldn't help me. I'll never shop there ever again. They lost a very good customer. I'm a designer. We purchase a lot of items wholesale, retail mostly in Orlando, online, all over. Z Gallerie is very difficult to work with for sales, returns, etc. Often we've found their art work has damages to watch out for (hidden under the corner covers.) We have learned our lesson regarding that issue. Their accounting is very poor, store management can be snippy and rude. (Some managers better than others). Be very careful with receipts, sales prices & returns. Last year it took me an entire year to receive a credit on a return from their corporate office (not sure why they couldn't do it at store.) We had to keep calling the local store every few weeks, stay on it. Today we realized they under refunded us on a new transaction by over 100. Local store says too bad, the sale was over a month ago even though we have proof of under refund through printed receipts AND the item was returned due to damaged. In addition, one of the store managers told me that although they charge sales taxes to designers (we have a resale exemption), that there was a process through their corporate office to use to get reimbursed. With this understanding, we purchased over $1000 of goods thinking that we would be reimbursed for sales tax. Today we found out that the manager misunderstood the store policy. The art has already been delivered to client and paid for by my client. This means that our company will have to pay out of pocket for additional sales tax (in addition to sales tax already collected & paid). No other vendor I know of does business like this. Very very frustrated. There is no way I would continue to do business with this chaotic nonsense and manager who is so lacking in customer service. There are so many great businesses in Orlando and online that understand how to work with customers to ensure return business. It seems like Z Gall is only after the quick buck and just does not care. Extremely Disappointed. read more
