My work schedule can be a inconsistent and PD walks has been so helpful and flexible when we need it. Not to mention, Coach loooooves her and is so tired after a long play day. She sends updates when they are en route to and from my house and always lets me know when he is safe and sound at home. She also sends pictures and videos from his day, so I know he is taken care of and loved. They have been the best to work with, and I would recommend to anyone! They are THE place to trust with your fur baby. Update- we've been using pdwalks for some time now, and has continued to be the best daycare option for Coach. We brought our pup to her so she could evaluate what was going on, and when he came home, she walked us through a step by step process that allowed him to be confident being home alone again. I was seriously concerned that we wouldn't be able to leave him alone ever again, but Elena knew what to do, and encouraged us to patiently stick with the program. Now we can leave him at home and he's relaxed and happy. The vet could only recommend that we drug him. Elena really knows dogs and she is excellent at giving them a voice. We are so grateful. The best thing about them is the personalized service they provide. its like a family atmosphere. this is so important because when we travel several times a year, we feel very safe and comfortable with their taking care of our cats, which is soooo important. We can actually enjoy our vacations knowing our cats are well taken care of.. When one of our cats passed away 2 years ago, Nicole sent a beautiful card and a picture that i didnt even know she had of our Chance. It brought tears to our eyes and i still have that Polaroid on the front of our refrigerator .. Just a great group of people from Nicole to top down to the managemnt and sitters. We rescued this big baby, Juice, about a year ago and while he has some excellent attributes we…read morecouldn't seem to really get him to listen or obey certain commands. We needed help! After several training inquiries with multiple companies, I immediately heard back from Karma, and a call with the owner was set up. He asked me all about Juice and explained the options he thought would be best. After deciding on "board and train" he said he thought he had the perfect person in mind and they would reach out soon. A couple days later I received correspondence from Sammye Darling, a trainer for Karma, who wanted to set up a call to talk about Juice. During our call she was very confident that she would be able to help with teaching him basic obedience and jumping. We settled on a 10 day timeframe with the expectation that it would be imperative to continue the training ourselves afterwards. (She would've preferred 14 days because that last few days is really when the training sinks in but I assured her we would stay on it) Scheduling was easy and convenient while we went out of town on vacation. Sammye was warm, gentle, and friendly upon dropping Juice off with her and I trusted her immediately. She stayed in constant communication with us, sending pictures, and updates on his progress. He took some time, he's stubborn, but eventually she saw the switch and said he was doing great! I missed him so much but knew he was in good hands with Sammye. Fast forward 10 days later and the day came to pick him up and I couldn't wait to see him. I'll spare you all the details of baby talk, kisses, hugs, etc. but it was a joyous reunion that had us in awe of the things he had learned. We spent about an hour there learning the commands, how to reward them, and practicing before heading home. She worked wonders and we were so excited to go home and continue the work. Before leaving we scheduled our follow up in person training session for a couple weeks out so Sammye could come see him in his own environment and see if we actually kept up with the training which we did! He is doing great! No, he's not perfect and we're still working on certain things but he's a different dog in many aspects. He has a "place" for when we're eating and now does it without asking and gets "off" the bed when it's time (he's too big to sleep with us) so he has his own. Those are two giant wins for us and we can't thank Sammye enough! He learned so much more and we continue to work with him everyday. Karma was professional and quick to respond which is always something I appreciate. Sammye, our trainer, was a delight who was professional, caring, thoughtful, hard-working, and made Juice feel right at home (in her own home) while teaching him some manners. I can't recommend her enough! Juice definitely missed her and was so excited to see her when she came over which further solidified how amazing she was. Call Karma and ask for Sammye as your trainer. You won't regret it!

I had to travel for work last month and was in a real bind with none one to turn to in helping me with Bella while I was out of town. As I was thinking of what to do, Cory and Ryan walked up and said hi and introduced themselves as the Dynamic Duo of Dog Walkers/Sitters! And that they are believe me! I am very impressed with them and their business. They have it down to a science where no pup goes without! They keep a detailed log of all visits and activities. Bella was attended to daily with multiple check ins, walks and potties. I was always so thrilled and excited to see her pics and videos that Cory and Ryan would post. I recently moved to Houston and will be traveling for work, so I had to find somewhere/someone to take care of my furbabies. I did a lot of research and asked a lot of people what they do, but I decided to go with kiki and fetch for two main reasons: 1. They have some of the most competitive prices in town, and 2. I like that my pups can stay at home and not go to a kennel, since they are very particular. I set up an interview online and Cory got back to me within the hour to set up a time to meet and greet me and my pups. Both Cory and Ryan came to my place and my dogs instantly fell in love with them (which is not necessarily an easy thing for them sometimes). I showed them the ropes, got them the keys, and that's about it. Some people may be nervous about having "Strangers" in your home while you're not there. Cory and Ryan were super professional, they even brought my paper in for me, and the place was just as I left it. I felt very comfortable opening my home to them and they definitely treated it as if it was their own. Also, if they didn't, my dog probably would have bitten them, so there's that... ;) I just finished my first appointment with them when I was out of town for 4 days. Cory and Ryan texted pictures and updates of the pups while I was gone, which was so great because of course my dogs are the cutest and I missed them like crazy! I came home and the dogs were super happy - none of the anxiety they usually have when I pick them up at the kennel. They were clearly loved and cared for as if I had been home the whole time! Also, I'd like to say that the booking process is super easy - it's all done online and you can specify exactly what you want. It sends reminders to you and you can always review the appointments you've made so you can make sure you're covered when you're out of town. Again - can't say enough how pleased I am with the care from kiki and fetch!!!
