He stopped what he was doing took a min or 2 to reassure me firmly that it was gonna be good for Cali. It's usually just me and my dog so she doesn't have a lot of contact with other animals. I liked that all the dogs where treated the same. I see some reviews where ppl want there dog to be treated a little more special, no treat them equal and let them be dogs I say. Today I picked my dog up early no issues . Quick check out , price is great and staff super friendly. I also can tell my dog seems a little different in a good way. My partner and I travel quite a bit and we prefer for our dog to stay at home where she is comfortable and will not be stressed out by noisy environments at boarding facilities. Their communication is fast and efficient and so far we've always been matched when a sitter on our requested dates. You can leave a key with them so that you don't have to bother meeting up each time before/after a visit to exchange the key. They have various visit options/rates. We like to do two 30-minute walks for morning and evening plus a 15-minute potty break midday. I'm not sure how their prices compare to other businesses but we find the rates reasonable! We are grateful to have had Sharon take care of our pup several times recently. Sharon has been great at communication and checks in with us prior to each trip. She sends updates and photos/videos of our dog each time she comes by for a visit. We know our dog is in great hands with her! Highly recommend Inner Loop!

I have been taking my dog, a very sweet & calm cocker spaniel, to your facility for over 4 years…read morenow. I recently left him there for 5 nights while I was out of town, August 13 - 18, 2025. I picked him up and my dog is exhibiting fear based behaviors that include flinching, cowering and whining. I don't know what happened to him while under your care, I called to talk to someone on your staff, it was a male, hispanic. He didn't offer his title. He said he spoke to the staff but nothing out of the ordinary occurred that anyone could recall. I just now bent down to put on his leash and he flinched when I got near him. It breaks my heart that he's now acting this way. He is 11 years old and has never behaved this way. I just took him to the vet to get him examined and try to find out why he is acting this way. This dog never whines or is vocal. Please supervise your employees closely and make sure they are treating all of our animals with proper care. I don't have any proof that anything happened to my dog aside from his behavior after leaving the facility. I'm just stating my experience with my dog and your facility.

The DVM we visited studied our boy's medical record thoroughly before she came in to answer the 101 questions we had, fearing he had Cushing Disease. He does indeed have it. The most accurate testing was recommended by Richmond Avenue Animal Hospital to an internal medicine DVM (not Gulf Coast). Richmond told us outright, we want your pup to be diagnosed asap under care, but we recommend the test be performed by a specialist. Best decision ever. Our boy is doing well thanks to Richmond Avenue Animal Hospital. Not the most economical (as they don't exist) but Richmond Avenue Animal Hospital is trustworthy, which is what we really needed.
