Marissa, Claire and Lindsay (who has since moved away) were all so great with our 3 cats, all of which have specific quirks and special requirements. The cats loved all of their visits as evidenced by the many photos and videos they would send us afterwards. All the ladies clearly adore animals and take special care to treat your fur babies as if they were their own. We are also so thankful for the extra assistance provided by Claire when we were away for a longer period of time, during which our realtor was doing viewings of the property and bringing in potential tenants. She helped to keep the house clean, tidy and free of cat hair / tracked litter all over the floor, she would also brush the cats daily and brought some toys round to play with them as theirs were all packed up in anticipation of our move. We're so very sad to lose these ladies as pet sitters, and can only hope to find someone else in our new neighborhood who will love and care for our cats when we travel as well as they did.

I picked him up and my dog is exhibiting fear based behaviors that include flinching, cowering and whining. I don't know what happened to him while under your care, I called to talk to someone on your staff, it was a male, hispanic. He didn't offer his title. He said he spoke to the staff but nothing out of the ordinary occurred that anyone could recall. I just now bent down to put on his leash and he flinched when I got near him. It breaks my heart that he's now acting this way. He is 11 years old and has never behaved this way. I just took him to the vet to get him examined and try to find out why he is acting this way. This dog never whines or is vocal. Please supervise your employees closely and make sure they are treating all of our animals with proper care. I don't have any proof that anything happened to my dog aside from his behavior after leaving the facility. I'm just stating my experience with my dog and your facility.

First, I called for reservation (vm still said same location), drove there to find it closed down. Drove from there all the way to the Heights. She was kept outside the entire day with at least 30 other dogs, zero one on one or small group training which is all I ever do and signed up for. She was in "daycare" and put in cage given her nose is raw which is what happened when I've done this. Incredibly terrible. I loved the other location and people who were so giving, caring, and gave a detailed report of all she did/didn't, who she had fun with (her friends) and how she interacted with keepers. STAY AWAY. The dogs are left outside entire time unless they are caged
