(Imagine signing a plan with a chimney sweep who listed "sweep chimney, wipe each brick in chimney, and/or remove chimney". You'd expect to be clued-in if the last option was being pursued, right? But, why's it even listed that way??) The proverbial straw on the camel's back was when I was told by the dentist, while she basically had both hands in my mouth, that she believed "every single word" that Trump was saying at the time. "But not about the virus, right?", I asked; "Especially that", she answered. "You really drank the Koolaid", I suggested; "It's all a joke," she replied. This was late spring 2020, when it was increasingly clear that such a position was moronic - particularly for a healthcare professional. Vote however you like. Think whatever you want. But don't discount a pandemic, while providing health services, with your hands in my facehole. I found a new dentist immediately, and followed the given procedure to transfer my records - but that took months, including two letters and several phone calls. I postponed writing this review to make sure there was nothing else needed from them before I burned this bridge. But I'll never go back, I'm embarrassed that I continued going for as long as I did, and I'm somewhat comforted to see that others here have had similar experiences and that it was, as I've come to realize, terrible service - not me.

I have to go to an oral surgeon to repair due to fractures in my bones. Dr. Jang installed implants several years ago which I am super happy with. However, I have had repeated issues with the office manager that have made my visits frustrating. I regularly receive reminder texts and calls confirming my appointments. But when I arrive, I am often told that they do not have proper authorization from my insurance and am asked to wait. This should have been verified in advance before confirming my appointment. During my last visit, instead of helping resolve the issue, the office manager kept taking outside calls one after another. I even told her that if she was busy, I would be happy to reschedule, but instead of handling the situation professionally, she spoke to me in a very unprofessional and confrontational way. There are many dental offices in this area, but I continue to come because the dentist is excellent. However, I am concerned that because of the poor customer service from the office manager, patients may choose to go elsewhere, and the practice could lose customers.
