It costs a bit more then the crappy gyms in town, but the service and facilities cannot be beat. It is rarely too crowded to workout and almost always easy to park. Having tried Gold's Gym, Planet Fitness, and Bodyworks I can say with all honesty that the money spent here is better then anyplace in town.

Booking was seamless through ClassPass (a huge plus for travelers), and the pricing was very affordable. Studios that are membership-only tend to lose people like me, and Soul Yoga does a great job staying accessible. The studio has two practice rooms and two bathrooms, which is always appreciated. While there is no on-site shower, it didn't feel like a dealbreaker since this is a warm yoga studio rather than an intense hot yoga experience. Clean water, friendly staff, gets busy but never too crowded, lots of options for hanging out in the water, lots of parking, great music playing, extremely alert lifeguards, clean restrooms and over-all the best private pool I have ever been to. The only negative is the SLOW SLOW check-in if you are sponsoring guests.

Staff does not manage the lap pool. There's an adjacent rec pool which these patrons should be channeled to. This doesn't happen. Also be aware that their deck clock is 4-5 minutes ahead of time & you will be asked to get out earlier than the actual time. This clock was also running ahead of time last summer. I guess they like it like this. The water is VERY warm.
