I put basic in quotes because I could tell Shawn really put a lot of work into my car. The outcome was far from basic. With most swirls corrected and the ceramic coating, the paint is deep with a mirror like finish. Shawn was easy to work with. I dropped my car off on a Monday night and he had it done within 24hrs. His prices are reasonable and competitive, while the work is second to none. If you want to truly bring your car back to life, schedule an appointment. It will look and feel like a brand new car. Apparently he is a big sports car enthusiast who looks down upon average customers with kids that need some interior cleaning done. Me and my wife are both doctors and we don't find time to clean our car interiors and we needed some professional help. I said, "Yes." Oh, we'll call him then, they reply. They tell me I can leave the keys with them (at another business?) and he'll be there, " in like 10 minutes." I say I'd rather wait for him, but then am told oh, he should be there "in like 10-20 minutes." I waited until 9:20, and when he didn't show, it was obvious that time was not a priority for this business. At 9:35, Dillon called me 3 times, once leaving a voicemail saying sorry he'd missed me and did I still want to bring that car in for a detail? Uhm. No. Thanks. While I appreciate the owner had childcare issues, he never reached out to me ahead of time, and it took a while for him to even reach out via phone after the fact. I'm sorry this didn't work out and I hope others have a better experience than I did.

I was planning on using a place in Strongsville but the hassle of getting someone to pick me up and take me back to get my car while they worked on it for several hours was less than desirable. The ability to have Adam come to my home and do the work in my own driveway was terrific. Adam did a great job.. my car was covered in dog hair and it's all gone. Most places charge three or so hundred for a full detailing, but Dynamic had a hundred dollar special. Right up my alley. (Turned out to be one-twenty, because instead of just dirt they were elbow deep in topsoil with this pig. Yeah, I know, I should have been tidier. It is not my nature.) Nice shop, which could probably have about six or eight vehicles at one time being shined up all purty-like. They could go a bit lighter on the Armor All; I had to fight to keep the steering wheel from slipping through my hands. The aluminum wheels had acquired a patina of filth, baked on by the brake rotors' red-hot glow. What do they do? Acid wash. Huh. Never thought about that. (I was considering some flat-black spray paint. Glad I held off.) Dynamic isn't easy to find. Listen carefully to the directions when you call, or you'll end up in East Bumspimple or, worse, Jeb's Hollow. You do NOT want to be there. Trust me. Six months later, I still can't sleep well.

However there is something that is off putting (at least for me) when a person keeps talking about price as if that is the deciding factor when making a purchase. I personally dont like to shop on price because if there is ever a concern when the job is complete, the person will say, well you got this discounted price or I knocked off so much in price for you so.... Anyway, I came to Yelp to share my experience because as you can see from the picture as soon as he commented he then blocked me which is why my response showing him he did quote a price and my response shows as sending..... I normally would not care to write a review, I dont even have a yelp account, I had to use a friends account to write this.... however I just felt that people should be aware of the type person that you would be interacting with and to be careful. Simply because if a person can go from 0-100 this quickly over a person telling them they dont want to talk about price, imagine if you had a concern about the work that was done, how he might respond...and since it is mobile detailing ...this person would know where you live/work.
