I told her the machine said my payment was approved so I called my credit card company who verified that a $10 charge was posted - despite my having ordered the $13.00 wash. The operator still would not permit me to enter the wash despite me putting the credit card agent on speaker to confirm I was charged. she still did not want to let me enter the wash without paying again so I requested $10.00 refund. At that point she allowed me to enter the wash. I received the most basic wash - no dryer, no spot free rinse which I had selected. Worst customer service ever. Good customer service in this case would have included an apology for the inconvenience caused me by their system malfunction, and their attempt to take a second payment from me and rude treatment. An apology and a refund or the provision of the service I had ordered could have made things right. Instead the operator kept insisting that I had only paid $10.00. She seemed to have no understanding that the problem was theirs, that she would have charged me twice if I had not verified with my bank that a charge was made. She had no concern that I was treated without any courtesy or good will. I have been a return customer to this wash despite some regular breakdowns in their auto wash not being operational. It's close to home and a good value when it was operating. I will never return and would advise others strongly to go elsewhere. It is hard to believe any legitimate business would treat a customer this way.
