Holy perfumes/cologne galore!! I was literally just walking by and I saw the store and the first thing that came to mind was that I needed a new bottle of Aqua Di Gio. Lo and behold, they do sell it and at an affordable price. And here's the kicker, they sell by the bottle!!! The big bottle I got only cost $30 plus tax. That's it!!! I couldn't believe. Beautiful new location in the heart of DTLA! After many years of patronizing this location, I was happy to see that they upgraded their space this year! Massive selection of the most obscure scents to the most common fragrances on the market. Each time I visit, I leave with more products than I went in for, but that isn't an issue for me haha. This store has a beautiful selection of hand dipped incense, wide variety of burning oils, fragrances, sage, natural deodorants & soaps, as well as rose water, henna and so much more! I've also purchased a small Tibetan sound bowl from here that was a great deal. Honestly, I never know what new items I'll find, but I always walk out of the shop with something of quality and never disappointed. I visited this shop on a whim while actually looking for another oil shop in DTLA. I told the gentleman who helped me that I was looking for essential oils for cold process soap making. He insisted that all their fragrance oils work for soap making. I told him I didn't want fragrance oils, only essential oils because I was specifically making soap for a client with sensitive skin who only uses essential oils in her body products. Again, he told me all their oils can be used in soap. I asked him to only show me essential oils, as I wasn't interested in purchasing fragrance oils. The first red flag should've been when he told me everything was the same price. Most places charge more for essential oils. Needless to say I trusted what he was telling me and purchased quite a few bottles of what I thought were essential oils. Once I got home I started on my first batch of soap. Everything was fine until I poured in 1oz of the patchouli oil. My base oils immediately went rancid and I was forced to throw away my batch (along with all the expensive base oils and butters that went into it). I figured that oil might just be bad and gave the lemon essential oil and try the next day. Once again I received the same result and was forced to throw away yet another batch. I'm not sure what I was sold, but I can't use it for my cold-process soap and am now stuck with it. read more

Told us the order would be ready same day only to find out it wouldn't be ready till 6, then he refused to let us pick up at 6, told us 10 am next day, only to find out by the associate calling us that it wouldn't be ready till noon. Told him that her we would be there only to find out he was close. He made an appointment with us and didn't respect our business.Didn't get any thing we asked for nor did we get an apology. The associate made us drive from a really far distance to only find out we were not able to get anything from the company. I do not recommend this company at all. I did smell some of their fragrances and they were very poor quality, I'd recommend checking out other places in DTLA read more

I am loyal to zafran perfumes! I found this hidden place in the "new alley" area of Santee alleys fashion district. The two friendly employees or owners are always there to greet me to welcome me back! They are patient with us when finding out the variety of oils to choose from! I get like 5 bags at a time with x15 scented burning sticks in each! I burn them all throughout the day! I also love the cute little candle burners they have . I got matching elephants and they've done their job. Good quality and sturdy! Today we tried something new! We got perfume oils! Man oh man! As a regular perfume wearer myself these oils are great! They last a lot longer than spray perfumes. They are oil versus alcohol and lasts consistently throughout the day. They are concentrated but not overwhelming. I can build up the scent! I can try new scents at a fraction of the price with these oils! My boyfriend loves them too! He says it's great because he doesn't get itchy nor get a skin reaction how some oils can do that to you.
