My phone stopped charging because the connection between the connector and charger was bad. He took it in again and they fixed it! My phone now charges to 100% in no time!! Yesterday, I was trying to take a picture with my camera and the screen was black! I took it in and he looked at it and said there was a disconnected wire and even showed me the inside of my phone!! It was awesome and he FIXED it!! Instead of giving up and buying a new phone, they fixed all of the issues with my phone for a very reasonable price. The customer service is remarkable!
