Was going to turn around when my partner pointed out NO REFUNDS on the receipt! Even though I had just left...at no point was this mentioned, and I felt cheated. Partially on me for not being more aware, but overall just not a great vibe honestly; would recommend putting up a sign about the no refund policy, unless the whole point of the business is trying to cheat people out of their money.

Asurion sent the parts that they thought would repair to this store. The store called us to tell us part arrived and we made an appointment. We show up for the appointment and had to wait through 2 other walkins (why even make an appointment?) so about 45 minutes of waiting later, we check in. The guy (I think it was Ryan) says "oh I thought that was your television in the back. My husband tells him the parts were sent for the tv, he disappeared to the back to check and then returns to tell us that the parts they sent were used on the other guys television and oops looks like they only sent one set of parts! Oh but don't worry, the parts didn't work on their television so we will try them on yours and get back to you, should take about 4 hours. We called on Sunday (2 days later as they never bothered to call with an update) and they said they had to get other parts to fix - eta Tuesday. They called Tuesday to tell us the parts didn't work and the company was sending a new TV. We returned today to pick up the stand for our broken tv and once again, walked in, guy with dark hair blonde bangs didn't even acknowledge we were there - he was helping someone else. 30 minutes later, he overhears me saying to my husband that this is ridiculous and he finally acknowledges us; and oh now he's going to pause helping person one to see what we were there for. I did find another store that would service iPhone8's but their price was substantially higher than the price at Batteries Plus MONDAY - Scheduled an appointment for replacement of a battery in an iPhone. Got an email confirming my appointment. I arrived at the appointed time and was told that they didn't have a technician on Monday and couldn't do the battery replacement. In their defense (at least partially), they did try calling an hour before my appointment but their call was blocked by my call-blocking software. Warning - don't rely on their email confirmations. TUESDAY - I made an appointment and returned the next day. The technician (assistant manager) was prepared and had the replacement battery at the counter - ready to install. He said the installation would take 30-45 minutes. I returned 45 minutes later and the installation was complete. Very satisfied with their service Friendly staff, good service, fair price.
