It's good until it isn't. My first experience with Pixel 7 screen protector started out good. I swore that this protector really saved my phone from becoming a hot mess. After almost 3 years, it has survived in its original quality EXCEPT from ONE crack that even the protector couldn't save it from. The protector itself, just fell off my phone after getting all bubbly for a long time. However, even though I registered my product, they LOST my account so I had to reregister it. Luckily I kept my email confirming registration. IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human. The bot on their website is absolutely frustating and just cycles the same responses. When I finally found a number, I waited 32 minutes to talk to him and he was the rudest, most impatient and unkind person. I called him out because I thought perhaps I could speak to someone who is not having a bad day but I guess that's what they accept as customer service. Finally after 1 hour, and after insisting he sees my account and asking ME "what should we do?" because I couldn't access my account, he then admits he was looking at the WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS! No apologies. So apparently they had a system change in July of 2023 and so I guess they LOST my account which already had a product registered. Luckily, I could still register my product as they claim there is no expiration date to register. And so I'm waiting for my replacement. I hope that the quality has not deteriorated. I will update as needed. I also got a new phone and purchased a Zagg screen protector but because of their delayed shipping, it's still stuck in another state which is where I was when I ordered. I am stuck with the problem of how to get the screen protector to me. :( Very unpleasant experience and if the protectors that I'm getting suck, I will never get one again. read more

I am going to add my voice to the plethora of other voices that I now see on how terrible of a company this is. Don't waste your money. They sell you on this amazing warranty, it is not worth it. When you order the free screen protector it costs $10 to ship which would be fine if you actually would get the product. So mine was supposed to deliver yesterday and then this morning I get an email from Zagg that says "We're sorry that your order has not arrived yet. For more information, we suggest you contact the carrier directly." They suggest that the customer find out where their product is? Way to pass the buck. When I called Zagg they said that they can't track the protector and that if it does not arrive by tomorrow to reach out to them so they can try and find out where it is and ship out another one. All in the mean time, it's now September 15, I ordered this on the 5th and my phone is not protected while they do nothing until the "5-7 business day has ended". Customer service was no help, after I waited for 20 mins for someone to finally pickup. So with all that being said, stay away from Zagg if you actually want protection for your phone. read more

Lack of customer service, getting any answers specific to your order or product is ridiculous. Online faqs just run you in circles and don't lead to any real answers. Need a way to chat with a person or at the very least a robot that can access specific information. read more

I'm really disappointed that they closed all the stores in Washington. I got a replacement ordered but had to pay shipping and tax. Okay fine. It's what it was it was in store but installed. So far not good. I purchased the ZAGG Glass Elite +, for my iphone a week ago, when i purchased my phone, at an ATT store. Within 5 days it was significantly cracking and chipping at the top. I went to the website to register it, so that I could then request a warranty replacement, and it didn't give me an option to register an "Glass Elite +", just a "Glass Elite". So I registered it as a Glass Elite, then when I went to fill out the warranty form to replace it, the form offered me an 'upgrade' to a Glass Elite + for $15! Arghhh. There is no customer service phone # published on their website, and the chat constantly says live chat is busy and not available, so you get virtual chat that really can't answer any questions that you can't easily find answers to on the website. To add insult to injury, I did order the only replacement that isn't an upcharge (regular Glass Elite), and I'm being charged $9.99 for shipping. They say it will arrive in 5-7 business days but based on these other comments I'm wondering if I'll ever get it. One can only hope. I would throw the thing away and go get another brand that can get replaced locally, but I'm mad that I paid $50 for the product and it only lasted for 5 days, so I'm being a little stubborn about this. read more

For the second time, I've ordered a replacement screen. I've paid the $9.99 shipping only to never have it delivered. The last movement on tracking was ten days ago. I've contacted support not only to continually receive emails saying "we are working on it." You cannot talk to a human. I used to feel that customer service was amazing but it has gone downhill drastically. read more

The Glass Elite Screen Protector Apple iPhone 16 Pro broke immediately when it fell on a table. They say they replace the products but when you go to get a replacement they say everything is out of stock on the website. Yet you are able to still purchase the product through the website and Amazon. They do not have a customer service. Only a virtual assistant that does not help with anything. This company easily has the worst customer service of any company I have ever purchased from. I cannot recommend less. The limited lifetime warranty for screen protectors is a scam, too. The protector is extremely low quality, and you have to pay $10 to ship a replacement, except it will never arrive and customer service won't respond to a single email or answer your phone calls. Had the zagg shield applied to my new phone when bought, did not watch them put it on but when got home it was cracked. Had to register it before i could get a new one, charged $6 for shipping. Recieved it had verizon put the new one on. Had this one on 1 month & already broke. I'm not the average person who carries the phone every minute. I have a watch to let me know when i have a call. I've had my phone less than 6 months & have had to replace it twice & the ones replaced were thinner than the original. At $6 a pop shipping, the cost of this supposedly destructible shield that's $40 & a lifetime warranty, I'd be paying more for the shield due to it breaking so easily in less than a year.
