Always super helpful at this location and you can get in an out within less than an hour , so that's a plus ! There's a girl there with a pink Stanley and she's such a sweetie ! Always kind and does my screen super well. Her male co worker is bomb too and let's you know about the current deals they have going on. Overall I would always come back to this place to get my screen done or to get a new phone case. They have great warranties on their screens and their cases and very affordable. I've been using Zagg for 4 years all I have to offer is trust in some of their products. Specifically screen protectors. I love the variety of phone cases Zagg offers within the company, but they don't do what they are designed and advertised to do so. Within the years of my use of Zaggs phone cases I have had 2 phones absolutely shatter while using these cases. They advertise for 16' drop protection but it can't withstand 3'. This is utmostly frustrating because the $60 case can't withstand commons drops of the phone. Although my loyal experience to this company, I would not recommend it to someone who is looking to protect their phone (unless it's a screen protector). read more

The shield for my Apple Watch fell and I bought from Best Buy so they referred me here and then I came to this store and automatically had to pay $15 for the new screen including installment. We have been coming to this Zagg location since it was first a kiosk in the District movie theater!!! THEY ARE VERY CONSISTENT in the service they provide!! Their staff have always been very Professional and Friendly!! We have nothing but high praises for this location even with staff changing through out the years!!! It was ever so prevalent how great this location in particular is when the Virus Pandemic shut this particular location down and as customers were forced to go to the Midvale (flag store) Location. The Midvale location staff are good, but during the Virus Pandemic the management their was deceiving the customers that already had the screen protectors and needed replacements. They were being greedy and money hungry that they would always tell us that they never had replacement screen protectors yet they did because instead of replacing our screen protectors they were selling them as new to new customers to make more money!!! So we were so HAPPY when the District Location opened back up because that is where the true positive customer experience is at!!! read more

I have gone to this Zagg location THREE times to get them to replace the glass screen protector for my 12.9" iPad, which is cracked. I get the same excuse every time: "We are out, but expecting a big shipment next Tuesday". I believe it's the employee who doesn't want to do the work due to the challenge of "installing" that big of a screen protector, so he (all have been male) passes the buck. Little do they know that I usually tip twice the fee charged to install it....their loss. read more

Bought two of the InvisibleShield Glass Curve for the Samsung Galaxy S8+. The first one never adhered as promised and as expected. it cracked about a month after I bought it. Went back to T-Mobile that informed me that they no longer carry it because they had too many returns. I bought another one, it was cracked straight out of the box. I put it on anyway just to protect my phone. I am looking for a better solution. I can strongly recommend not to use this product. It is NOT what it claims to be and way too expensive for what it does. You will see a lot four and five stars reviews, that is because they filter out all the negative reviews. I would warn people not to shop here. My fiancee and I bought a glass screen protector for each of our phones. In the last couple of months, the screens have broken on both phones several times over, anywhere from the next day to three weeks later. They charge a $7 fee to have the screen replaced. My $40 screen protector has probably cost me over $100 at this point. I found this to be unsatisfactory and unreasonable to pay $7 every few weeks for a replacement. I called to speak to the manager who was "away" and they told me that she would return my call. She never did. I then called the corporate office who basically told me there was nothing they could do since each store is a franchise. I happened to walk in one day while the manager was working the store and brought this up. She blamed the replacement fee structure on the corporate office. After discussing this with her, she basically said that if my protector keeps breaking, I would have to pay the $7 fee and that she would not refund the money. I suspect that they moved to a cheaper product either to save money on the initial cost to them or to have more repeat business doing replacements. They blame it on the phones with the curved edges, but I had a phone with a curved screen before my current phone and the protector on that never broke, while suddenly the protector for my new phone breaks every few weeks. To me it is very unreasonable to expect a customer to pay a replacement fee when they are aware of the issue with their products. They sell inferior products, the customer service is terrible and they gave me the runaround while refusing to rectify the problem. They know that the products are inferior, and multiple employees admitted they they break "all the time". They did nothing but blame either the corporate office or the franchise. They've lost a customer for life. read more

We have tried on two occasions to have a screen replaced on a phone. One time it was 10 minutes before closing and the girl told us that she didn't have any screens left in the store. The second time we waited for about 15 minutes while the girl told us she would help us when she was done was working on two screens behind the counter. This ZAGG is horrible. I had a screen protector installed on my iPad Air 2 the day before leaving the county. They always look bad for the first 24 hours but all the bubble usually work there way out. Well the install was so bad they didn't and it even looks like they used way to much water and it couldn't all escape. This all happened on June 10, 2015 and we returned back into the country on June 20, 2015. Just went in today because it's the first chance I have had (7/3/2015) and was told that bad installs are only warrantied for 14 days and that I was going to have to pay the install fee again. She could tell it was a poor install but wouldn't budge on the install fee. I ended up leaving because I was not paying to have a crappy install done right. Will be contacting corporate on Monday to see what they say but this is my last time dealing with Zagg. So beware on this location and don't use. read more
