Effectivley and caringly incorporating professionalism, comunication and dilligence within the scope of Reception, Patient, Nurse, Doctor are the reason i said we are fortunate to have a facility such as Zai Health, i have accompanied my elderly mother on numerous occasions to Zai Health among others. Without being detailed i can tell you that Dr. Rezai evokes in an exemplary and down to earth manner relevant charachter traits that you might find essential in a good doctor patient relationship. Honesty, integrity, and concern for a patients own wishes and personal feelings, it seems to me are not trivial maters to Doctor Rezai or his dilligent well chosen team of associates. Even when the matter was serious and i brought my mother in, although, Doctor Rezai was not there at the time of that particular visit, it was not a great concern as i was highly impressed by the associate physician who was on duty. Dr. Rezai obviously is a man of who is understanding and skilled in discernment and it is reflected in his choice of asociates and office personnel Furthermore, i came to find out that others among my own close relatives also do use their services and were no less impressed than myself. We were so excited that Dr. Rezai opened his clinic! Our son wasn't feeling great and kept tugging at his ears so we decided to take him to see Dr. Rezai since his normal ped didn't have any availability. We were able to get in quickly within 30 minutes of calling the clinic! The clinic is NICE! Everything is brand new and so well designed. It's not your typical medical clinic that's plain walls and cold. There's beautiful artwork (I wish I had gotten a picture) and every room has a screen that will show you X-rays, etc. Dr. Rezai and his assistant were great. His assistant took our son's vitals (even with him squirming everywhere). Dr. Rezai came in shortly after and lo and behold, he had a double ear infection. Dr. Rezai called in a prescription and we were able to pick it up right after we left the clinic. We will definitely be back again next time we need to see a doctor! read more

Dr. Rezai went above and beyond for my family. My mother in law called my wife one Sunday morning saying she had cut her hand and asked her to come over. On our way over, we gave Dr. Rezai a call and he said to send him photos as soon as we got there. We sent photos and he evaluated them and said he would head over to stitch it up. My daughter recently had surgery at UCLA. Since we're still in the pandemic, she needed a PCR COVID-19 test 48 hours before her procedure, but the closest location that would swab a pediatric patient was in Santa Monica! Needless to say, this one barfs at least once per trip leg, so the idea of two 50 minute drives was less than appealing. I discussed this with UCLA and they said that they'd make an exception in this case and let me outsource the test if I could find someone closer to me that could do a PCR that meets the above criteria. Enter Mobile Wellness Clinic! Dr. Rezai came to our house in scrubs and a mask and did her test in less than a minute. My daughter didn't even make a sound! Communication was fantastic and I got the results emailed to me so, so quickly-- plenty of time to spare! I printed hem, posted them to MyChart, and emailed them to the surgery coordinator.
