Although polite, the lab tech lacked the necessary basic skills for blood draws. Additionally, unlike other area labs, Quest does not use pressure dressings after a draw. I went to get my blood drawn yesterday. I made an appointment. Checked in as prompted, and I was seen right at my appointment time. I've been to this location a few times and same experience every time - booked an appointment and never had to wait long. The lady who drew my blood yesterday was very nice and professional. Just came here to say that I had another really positive experience today. Easy check-in from my phone. Could have also used the kiosk. Minimal wait time. Ruben is refusing to see patients during business hours. I walked in 30 minutes before close signed in sat there for 15 minutes only for him to come out and tell me that he's not going to draw my blood. This place is a joke. I just went to this location , and for a blood draw, it was great. The waiting room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very kind and polite. I went there for my Function Health draw two days in a row and BOTH days Saul took me in early, was very professional, had great bedside manner, and made the whole experience quick and painless. He was able to do it with me barely noticing. I always appreciate a pro and you know when you see one. Idk what all the negative reviews are about. This is definitely my go to for blood draws moving forward. Grateful to have found a great location with a great phlebotomist. I am so disgusted. I went to a clinic here which is a walk-in clinic and need some emergency blood work done. I drove which took me 45 minutes to get here with the fires and all. I signed in. It told me I was on a waitlist nobody came to the front desk. It was like the twilight zone I waited and then I called out and a man that could barely speak English Was so rude to me and told me that he could not see me. They don't take walk-ins after 3:30 it was 342. I told him of my emergency and long drive and he didn't care. He walked away.!! Besides encountering this rude human with absolutely no one else in the waiting room and telling him my situation don't you think he could've taken me for a quick blood draw. There was nobody there and it doesn't state this on their website that if you're a walk-in, they won't see you after 3:30. I am not done with this yet. I am absolutely appalled and infuriated. I have literally never left a review on YELP. My experience was so awful I feel compelled to. I usually go to the Quest in Agoura Hills but tried this location today. After waiting 60 minutes, noting I was a walk in, after my blood draw where I was pricked three times, I removed my bandages and my arms have bruises I have never seen post any blood draw. I do not recommend this facility. There are much better Quest facilities in Conejo Valley. read more

This place is a claustrophobic nightmare. We got our appointment online and checked in before appointment time. Since they were three people in waiting room they suggested to wait in the car and they said they will text and call ( I thought a phone call? ‍) 40 m later we went back to find out that we have missed the appointment time because they called our name in the waiting room that we couldn't wait in. Our only chance now is to wait (100 minutes already) as a walk in. No service guarantee today. No empathy or mercy from the frontline workers that of course I admire deeply but since they are also serving as customer service reps maybe they should review "How to treat your paying customers 101" workbook? .. or maybe Quest should have never substituted the front desk check in person with a kiosk? Very bad costumer service - would not recommend I go here once a month and they are always late. They say they will give you a text or call, but you usually get neither. I've missed my appointment a couple of time because of this, even though I was there. I have gotten some good people, but today I had a very, very rude lady. Just before I went in, I witnessed her being extremely rude and passive aggressive towards another costumer. It left me very unsettled, and she was a bit rude to me as well. Not sure why so many negative reviews. My experience was fantastic! I arrived on time, checked in using the text message they sent, didn't have to use the pad in reception. Waited less than 5 mins before being called in. The blood test was the quickest and least painful I've ever had. I chose to lay down as I get light headed. It's was very quick and very professional. Emily the phlebotomist was abrupt, rude, short, very matter of fact and made my experience at this location terrible. I'm not sure if she hates her job or people - or both. If you're looking for normal polite human interaction do not come here. It's amazing how unhappy someone can behave and it rubs off on innocent people coming in for a simple blood draw. I arrived for lab work for my child but...Our lab slip was blank! It took about 10 minutes to get a new one. I had one emailed to me right away but your employees would only take a hard copy! By the time a new one was faxed it was 5 minutes before 4pm. I heard it come through on the fax machine but both employees were in the back and no one was at the desk. Rather than accommodate a mom and nervous child during a pandemic they told me to visit the TO location the NEXT day- on Saturday (but my dr. Needed labs ASAP!). I went to Agoura and was taken right away. : ) Not sure why they didn't send me to Agoura?? Found it online. And the number listed for Agoura on google maps is incorrect. Worst lab experience ever. Came as a walk-in and they said I had to make an appointment. Fine. Made the appointment. They asked me to check in with a link and then wait in my car until they sent me a message to come in. The message came in 9min after my appointment time. Then I came inside and proceeded to wait another 22min before I even saw a single person. No one behind the counter, no one to see that I was even there. Finally a person came out and I told me that the message to come in happens automatically and has nothing to do with actual readiness. I was then told it would be approx 20-30min before they were ready for me because they were still with other patients. I walked out and I'll never go to Quest again. read more
