I have just heard so many stories where jewelers ruined these precious pieces, and I couldn't bear for something like that to happen to the ring and bracelet that has been passed down in my family for generations! Unfortunately, the bracelet's link wore down and snapped. A few of my friends recommended me to go to Nicolles Jewelry Designs to have it repaired. I was very nervous to give my heirloom to anyone, but I decided to trust my friends, and boy am I glad I did! Within a few days time, my bracelet looked new, which is amazing considering the bracelet is so old! I was stunned at the quality of their work. I was not able to tell that it broke in the first place! After this, I made the decision to let them fix up my ring as well. It was starting to be a bit tight on my finger and a couple of diamonds were missing. Even though I was still a bit nervous, they definitely did not disappoint me! The ring looked better than ever! All the scratches on the ring were completely gone! Not a trace of the scratches remained and the ring fit perfectly on me! The ring was actually sparkling! I never knew diamonds could be so beautiful! They taught me how to clean my ring so that it would stay sparkly and shiny. My mother was stunned when she saw the pieces. She said she never thought that the ring and the bracelet could look so wonderful! I have been going to Nick and Inna for several years now. I have bought a couple pieces from them as well! I have received so many compliments about them and I hope that one day they will become family heirlooms as well! I rarely take the earring that I bought from here off, yet they are in near perfect condition! Nicolles Jewelry Designs definitely does not settle for anything less than top quality. My wife had decided to get a large shadow box made for me as a gift. Inside the box were various badges, coins, patches and other items. She went to a professional trophy shop and relied on the subject matter experts at the trophy shop to guide her in the placement, design, sizing and arranging of the items. What she got was far then any trophy expert could offer. When I received the gift, some of the items were placed upside down, the size of the shadow box was disproportionate to the items contained inside, and the spacing of the items were not consistent, and some items were slanted. Not wanting to hurt my wife's feelings, I did nothing for a couple of days. However, after realizing what she paid, $$$, I couldn't stand it and returned to the shop with the box to hopefully not get a refund, but to get them to fix the mess they helped create. The response I got shocked me. They said all they do is what the customer wants and asked for and they could not help me. I stated my wife is not an expert in their field of work and came to a trophy shop for expert advice. She got no advice and it showed in their work. When asked if they would put an item upside down in a shadow box if they knew it was wrong, the owner replied, if that is what the customer wants then yes. I took my iPhone 14 Pro Max to GUI in Winchester on July 6 after it developed the "white screen of…read moredeath." The phone still responded to touch, but the display was completely white. They replaced the screen, and that issue was fixed. Over the next week, I started noticing problems that I had never experienced before the repair. During phone calls, if I held the phone to my ear and then pulled it away to switch to speaker so I could look something up or use my phone while talking, the screen would stay completely black and I couldn't access it. The only way to use my phone again was to wait until the other person hung up. I also stopped receiving wake-screen notifications--the phone would vibrate and make a sound, but the display wouldn't turn on. Before going back to the store, I waited a full week to make sure it wasn't a software issue and even reset my phone, but the problems continued. I went back on July 13, and the technician gave me two options: leave my phone for a couple of days for diagnostics or replace the screen again. Since I couldn't be without my phone because of doctor appointments, bills, and other responsibilities, I chose to have the screen replaced again. When I returned today ( July 18) to finally leave it for diagnostics, I was told that a diagnostic test had actually been done on July 13 &' everything came back normal. This was never mentioned to me at the time until today. The technician then said he never told me diagnostics would take a couple of days only a couple of hours, even though that's what I understood from our previous conversation. Instead of offering a solution, he suggested I just buy a new phone, even though I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, which isn't an old device. I paid $208 for the original screen replacement, and every issue I'm experiencing started only AFTER the repair. I left feeling like my concerns were dismissed and that I wasn't being taken seriously. The technician came across as rude, and I was disappointed by the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service. I simply wanted my phone fixed properly and my concerns addressed.
