I placed an order a for a couple of earrings as well a two wedding band sets for me and myself and spent well over 300.00. I am still waiting on my wedding band set and I keep getting the run around when I reach out to chat to a representative about my ring . My wife received her ring March 9th. I've experienced very poor customer service and we've spent a lot of money on several items. We normally go to Kay's but we thought we would get our wedding bands from Zales and I'm very disappointed in your service!! read more

I came in to exchange a pair of earrings that were purchased the day before as a gift. I told the lady that asked if she could assist me that I called about the earrings and another lady hollers out to her those are the $1,000 ones. Please do not make me a target and shout of the cost of earrings. I was also put off by the way I heard the sales associates talking about another customer. I got the earrings on sale which is the only reason they were purchased at this location. Also, I didn't like the fact that I wasn't able to try on both earrings as I was able to do at other jewelry stores. If you have a problem with theft then hire security. In this case, the earrings sold themselves. No recommendations were made on the first or second visit which is odd. I'm satisfied with the jewelry that I received as a gift, but would only shop here again if I absolutely had to do so. read more

I have never had a problem with this company/store until now. Prior to the store closing I had taken my rings for inspection and to be polished. Once my rings were done I went to the store to pick them up and my rings would not fit. The lady in the store stated " maybe your fingers are swollen" i said could be but something is not right with my rings. She looked at me like, well they are yours. I tried to put the rings on again and they still would not fit. I decided to give it 24 hours in case my fingers were actually swollen. The next day the same thing. I took the rings back I told them something was not right. My rings are a size 6 even with a little swelling i could still fit my rings comfortably. They decided to measure my rings they were 5 1/2 and the other one a little smaller. I purchased these rings in 2013 and have been getting my rings polished and inspected there after at the same store FAITHFULLY. I bought a size 6, how did that happen?? After finding out they were "sized by mistake " they said they would send them for resizing and rush the process. How about days later the store closes due to Covid. My rings have been there since March 8,.2020, I did not have my rings for my anniversary in April and I still DO NOT have my rings. My problem is this, people have ordered and have had work done to their jewelry and have been waiting patiently might i add, something should have been done by now so that we can receive our jewelry!! If only to do curbside for pickups of repaired jewelry or ordered jewelry that would be something!!! My ring has been gone this long due to a mistake on their end and nothing has been done to at least try to accommodate the customers. This is the 1st bad experience I have had with this Zales store and I can truly say it is the worse experience ever!!! Went into the Tanger Zales Outlet location last night to shop for an engagement ring after doing some shopping online and finding some that we wanted to see in person and with the help of a salesperson. When we walked in, we weren't greeted at all. One salesperson was helping a couple. The other was just talking with people she knew. She told us look around and she would let us see whatever we wanted, just called us over. Didn't ask what specifically we were looking for or wanted, didn't do anything and I assume it's that she didn't take us seriously. When we found something that we wanted to try, she had gone and sat down in the back (not helping another customer) and we had to go get her attention to open the case to try the ring. The SAME ring we found online on the company website for 1/3 of the price they were charging in the store- same SKU! When we said something she said "yeah I wouldn't buy it here either then" and just shrugged us off. Not helpful, really rude, and customer service was AWFUL. We decided to cross the parking lot to Kay and were greeted with the exact opposite experience by someone who took the time to create a custom set for us and we were approved to take home a set that cost about 4x the price of the ring at Zales. It's a shame the girl at Zales didn't get that commission due to her poor customer service skills but oh well. Definitely never shopping at Zales again. read more

Ordered a set of wedding rings 2 months before the wedding. Had to special order them. Found out after numerous calls that they can't get the rings I wanted the week before the wedding. Sales person promised me he would keep me posted . Never heard from him again after the sale. Will never deal with them again. read more
