This review is for Robert Lopez, who (unfortunately for them) worked for TeamZ Realty during the transaction. It's my understanding he is no longer with TeamZ. Zandra did reach out when she was notified via my previous 2024 review--sharing my concerns& she did try to help. The issues have still not been resolved/ addressed, so sharing our experience. We Bought a Single Family home in 2024. Robert represented the seller in the home we purchased in San Diego& he did the showing for this home for us. Within 6 months after closing, multiple things were broken that were replaced/remodeled--including side gaps forming on the NEW hardwood floors. We paid WELL OVER selling price because of the new home upgrades done before selling. I reached out to Robert & Robert said he had nothing to do with the owner wanting to upgrade before selling. I got ahold of the seller using closing paperwork and he stated that Robert's people did the work& Robert oversaw ALL home upgrades, including the flooring. The workers haven't responded to seller or us, to fix them & we're left with floors that are cracked throughout the house & found several 1/2 done cheap fixes, things not sealed or installed properly--over the next year. Be careful going with Robert Lopez for any "upgraded" homes. read more

This review is not towards Zandra, it's about Agne Isidro, who I'm told works out of this office. I reached out to Agne Isidro on 6/22/23, regarding the rental property at 8747 Covina Street in San Diego. Soon after, my son met Agne at the house & viewed it with his roommates. The 4 of them all submitted a $30 application fee to start the process. After that, Agne ghosted him!!! He kept calling her and texting her, and she kept coming up with excuses for not having any updates on the rental. She said she hadn't heard from the homeowner, the homeowner was at an event last night, homeowner lives in the Bay Area, etc., etc. Even I spoke with Agne, and I got the same response from her!! I'm not a real estate professional, but anyone with half a brain knows that a realtor's job is to help a client buy/sell/rent their property as quickly as possible! She is very unprofessional, and clearly needs to be retrained with her customer service skills! To this day, she still hasn't gotten back to my son!!! Totally unacceptable!!! read more

HORRIBLE AGENT! Her true colors will show when you start catching her on lies and manipulation. Zandra wants to take as much of your money as she can and move on to the next. She's got too much on her plate and she rarely showed up to showings on time. In fact, she had us enter a home by giving us the lock box code because she couldn't make it to the showing until an hour after it was scheduled, Additionally, on other occasions she will send her colleagues to do her job since she's too busy. She will tie you into a contract when you first discuss representation and you will he stuck! Fortunately we were able to fire her for our purchase side and she didn't get more of our money on that transaction. Zandra bashed us to our new agent which she had no clue was a friend of ours. Zandra's unprofessional, spiteful, inappropriate, and immature behavior is an embarrassment to the real estate process. Do NOT hire her. Trust that there are actual good agents who truly care about their clients and Zandra will lie and lie and lie until she locks you into a contract and binds you to using her for your transaction. Even though she was fired from our purchase transaction, we were stuck with her on the sale side of our home. Worst process dealing with her. A ton of her showings didn't even adhere to COVID restrictions (we showed her video footage to confirm multiple occasions). Upon closing our sale transaction, Zandra didn't even say thank you (fake or not) for taking $16K as commission for work she didn't deserve to get in the first place. Zandra GETS. IT. DONE! This post is long overdue, but with baby #2, we're just finding time to write this. We came across a home for sale over the summer and were interested in purchasing it, as well as selling our home. Zandra's name was on the sign so we called her up. After chatting, we met up to discuss the process of doing this, as this was the first time my wife and I had dealt with this situation. Once we met Zandra we were so pleased with her warm personality, attention to detail, and knowledge on what needed to be done and when.
